  Your home away from home in Kitzbuhel

  A small but pleasant 5 star hotel in the heart of Kitzbuhel. You are 5 minutes away (on foot) from ski lifts, restaurants, shops, bars etc. Very nice and comfortable rooms (renovated), warm and clean. Excellent service and good buffet breakfast. Good SPA and internal swimming pool.

  disappointment

  we reserved 3 nights a few months ago for a trip of two families to Austria. A month and a half before the planned date we received an apologetic email saying the hotel is overbooked (2 months!! after we received a confirmation We tried to answer this email, explaining the difficulty in finding a suitable accommodation for 10 people, and were answered with just "cancelled" I am sorry to say that this never happened before and goes to show that probably the hotel was offered a better deal by a different guest Again - quite a disappointment

  Amazing Holiday

  We are a party of 13 and have stayed at this hotel for the past couple of years. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We wish to point out one member of staff in particular - Jutta, who helped me personally create an amazing holiday. She goes above and beyond to ensure we have a good time. Thank you Jutta for all your help with reservations etc. ~I also loved the flower arrangements in the room and the kind teddy bear gift and flowers in my daughter's room following her ski accident and operation. The renovations are stunning and Zuma is a great restaurant. New Year in Zuma restaurant was so much fun, the food was exceptional. My son also had great fun socialising in the bar in the evenings, where the atmosphere was electric. Looking forward to staying again. This hotel is based in the village around great shops and restaurants. The staff run you up to the lift whenever you request them too.

  Wow! 5-Star accommodations and services in this uber-charming Austrian ski village.

  If five-star hospitality is about high quality service delivered by staff who are well-trained and care about their work, then Weisses Rossl has it nailed. The concierge staff is professional, knowledgeable and personable - they helped us solve a few needs during our stay - big and small. Food is excellent. We ate at ZUMA, the contemporary Japanese cuisine, pop up restaurant on our first night in Kitzbuhel. The food and service were very good (even though we were very jet-lagged). The breakfast offering is amazing with all kinds of juices, fruits, meats, cheese, breads, and pastry. And the chef was exceptionally talented with any special order egg entre we placed. The 2019 facility refurb is spectacular - in design, materials, and ambience. A very contemporary, open concept design but the environment is quiet and relaxing wherever you choose to sit. The spa is an oasis - quiet, clean and has a excellent variety of saunas, whirlpools, and spa services. I'm not sure what the design is (a combo of traditional Austrian with ancient Roman bath mixed in) but it works. It's a pretty special place. Our rooms were in the newly renovated Harisch suties that have the same contemporary look and feel of the lobby. No expense was spared in any of the rooms - fully fitted kitchen and family room with a modern gas fire pit.

  Brilliant stay, very friendly and service minded staff

  Very friendly, professional and service minded staff, great rooms (the newly renovated ones) and excellent food at breakfast and at Pop up Zuma at night. Very good location for the walking street and also short walking distance to the gondola...but the hotel staff was so quick to drive us to the gondola we never had to walk. All in all a brilliant holiday and we will definitely return.
