  Not nice

  Lettuce in burger was not washed, picked a fly off it and it was all gritty. The steak was as tough as shoe leather and tasted of nothing. The bbq sauce tasted bitter. Service was good though and staff polite

  Family dinner

  Very nice food and reasonable prices, quick service using the greene king app. Covid restrictions were observed and the tables were sanitised. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend for families

  Simple, comfy, nice people

  Stayed over here for work, nice people working in the pub and on the reception. Comfy bed, spot on food and a nice bar area to watch the footy in. All in all a good stay, ill certainly stop again when down here.

  Exceptional service and Hospitality

  Been a few years ago and the rooms are not much different The staff have all changed apart from the elder lady on breakfast who was nicer than before and went out of her way to make sure breakfast was right The check in was quick and the German speaking lady was very pleasant Table service via the App was a little slow but they were very busy with only a few staff on and all making sure the Covid safety measures were being followed Will be back when working locally again

  Excellent service, great Xmas meal

  Booked to have the Xmas meal tonight, the table looked fabulous, they had pulled out all the stops. Booked the Turkey which was lovely and tasty as well as moist, it came with all the trimmings, it was lovely. The service was excellent, couldnt fault it. Felt really safe, lots of distance between tables. Highly recommend it.
