  Not a Hotel. Don't book through Booking.com

  Booked it through booking.com. Had dissatisfaction. See the complaint sent to booking.com and they did not reply or revert. ---- Booking no. 1228134551 for Bangkok There are complaints: 1. Though you mentioned you do Price Match, same property is available at 50% rate at hotels.com with all the contents or features remaining same. Hope you will match the price and adjust the rate offered to us? Otherwise why should we really book through you. 2. This is not a Hotel. It is a Condo. Your star rating is misleading and it should not appear in your hotel search too. 3. There's is no Sign Board of WB Residency at the property. It took lots of effort to search the property. 4. None of the staff speak English. It made transaction difficult such as finding address, finding details, taking help. There are not many staff either. As I mentioned it is not a hotel. Felt cheated. 5. There's NO Wi-Fi. Reminded few times but of no avail. 6. Rooms are not cleaned. 7. Complementary water bottles are given only on first day. 8. Not much toiletries. 9. It doesn't feel secured here. The place is not enough lighted, Main door of the property is left open though there is a Secured Card system. There is no other latches or locks in the apartment besides just the door knob. Scary. 10. The breakfast is not buffet and limited options and quantity. 11. No complimentary Tea / Coffee and tea pot is also not cleaned. Had to ask for a tea cup. Honestly I am disappointed with such low infrastructure and services and such a high charges. Feel completely cheated and enormously disappointed by brand like you. There is IBIS, Novotel near by and found almost available on similar price if booked on the same no. of days in advance. Request you to take appropriate action on all above points and please understand you shouldn't be affecting your Brand through such arrangements. You need repeat business. ---- Be careful while choosing this property or booking through booking.com
