  Best guest house I've ever stayed in!

  It is rare these days to get old fashioned, personal, genuine friendly service, but I'm glad to say - you get all that and more at the Wayfarer. From the warm welcome when you arrive to the minute you leave, Kathy and Barry go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Kathys breakfasts are excellent and Barrys local knowledge and sense of humour add to the experience in spades. Rooms are spotless and well equipped and the location is handy for everything in Torquay. I strongly recommend a visit.

  10/10 stay thank you again

  This was our second visit to this bnb and Id give it a 10/10 for cleanliness,hospitality value for money and the breakfast is really nice. The hosts Kathy and Barry are very welcoming and make sure you have everything you need. We was offered a drink when we got their. We recommend this bnb.

  Superb Breakfast

  Superb breakfast and good location. 5 minutes from beach, bars and restaurants. Parking on nearby street. No loud clubs or bars nearby so good for a quiet night sleep. Hosts helpful and friendly. Close to torre abbey.

  Worth a visit - excellent hosts and a fab brekkie

  Run by a lovely family who go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. A good choice of breakfast and Kathy kindly laid out a dining table late one evening for us to eat our takeaway, Short walk into town with the beach only 5mins away. Really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly.

  Little Gem of a B & B

  The Wayfarer is a lovely B&B,very clean, very welcoming, covid19 compliant, fab breakfast cooked how you want and plenty of it, beds very comfy, fab en-suites,lovely toiletries and cookies as a welcome in the room, they also provide an iron and ironing board along with a hairdryer.... nothing is too much trouble, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the town, we will certainly be back again... Thank you very much for a lovely few days
