  Nice accommodation

  Nice clean flat plenty of storage in the bedrooms.large living area with tv and sofa.kitchen equipped with cooker fridge microwave toaster and kettle. Gd views from the windows. Less than a minute from the beach and south pier 5 mins from pleasure beach

  Great location

  We only stayed one night and found the apartment adequate for our needs (family of four) Welcoming and grateful to the owners for agree a late check in and giving us complemtary electricity that we didnt need to top up. Thank you

  Waverly House Blackpool

  Great location for the pleasure beach and sandcastle, both within a couple of minutes walk. Didn't notice any noise issues, which you can sometimes find this close to the seafront. Reasonably priced for the time of the year. Apartment could do with updating, decor very tired. The single beds need replacing, they are a bit wonky. The ground floor apartment was a decent size, two bedrooms, one ensuite, lounge, kitchen and a second bathroom.

  Waverley house poor/average review

  The cleanliness of the apartment was not great. A deep clean was seriously needed. Carpets, windows, sofas, shower cubicle was very dirty. All furniture and decor was very dated which could of been overlooked if it was clean. Certain appliances did not work. Lamp in bedroom and cooker for example. PAT testing had not been done for a number of years on items. Also having a young family the stairs were an absolute nightmare to climb every time we went in and out.

  was booked up to stay here on the october school hols deposit and booking was paid and confirmed early part of the year rang them up week before to pay balance after couple of days finally got hold off mathew so called manager to be told flat no longer available as he has long term tesnants in it he offered us rooms in his hotel but this was no good for us plus his hotel greets bad reviews said he would re fund deposit still not seen it plus never get a call back from him this has been going on for nearly 2 months the guy is a robber all he needs is a mask and a swag bag
