  Inmejorable

  Lugar extraordinario. Lo probamos sin haber leído comentarios y nuestra sorpresa fue merecedora de todo reconocimiento. Por eso, aunque tarde, se merece un 10 en todo, y en particular como lugar dónde hacer un alto en el camino desde Niagara Falls hacia D.C.!!! Los dueños son cálidos y hacen que tu estada sea personal y única, sobretodo Bob, es genial. Aunque solo estuvimos una noche, esperamos que en el futuro sigan igual y poder volver dentro de unos años. Saludos desde Barcelona (Spain)!!!!

  Outstanding accommodations and service! Home away from home!

  We found this place online while looking for affordable lodging for 4 adults. We were visiting friends in nearby Titusville and opted for this place due to the rating and affordable price for out stay. We were not disappointed. The entire 3rd floor was our apartment / suite for the week. The remodeling job was first rate. The suite has 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch. A TV in each room and in the sitting area. High speed wifi internet (true high speed - not the 5-10Mbps i usually see... but 40-50Mbps). Also, a dedicated Cell Phone antenna for Sprint users... which we are. We met Bob, the owner who checked with us every day to see if we needed anything. Super friendly, he made us feel like visiting family. The only drawback to this place is it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I didn't lower my rating due to this because it wouldn't be an issue for most. My sister who was with us had a difficult time because she has a bad knee.

  not exactly "executive"

  an older property on the river. very very nice owner. they had had a storm blow through the day before and all electronics were scrambled (television, cable, etc.). had to call down three times, and the owner was very accommodating, patient, and apologetic. clean, comfortable. we were on the top floor and thank goodness his son carried our luggage up for us or we couldn't have made it.

  Hidden Gem

  Although I didn't know it at the time I would be happy that all the chain hotels were booked for the weekend. This was the only option available and as I had business nearby I booked it. From the initial greeting to the final farewell the visit was nothing but welcoming and enjoyable. Bob gave us the lay of the land and showed us out rooms - were we surprised when we had an entire floor to ourselves! Beautifully renovated and comfortable, the only small criticism is the shower is super low (I'm 5'8" and it was probably at 5'5" high). That being said, it was the top floor of the house so I'm sure there are restrictions, such as the roof! The kitchenette was perfect for breakfast and coffee. If you are up visiting the area sights do yourself a favor and stay here - you will not regret it one moment! I have already booked for next year!

  A Pleasant Stay!

  A guest from every continent except Antartica and a guest book that was lovely to read through as it revealed many of the guests wonderful stays. This is a 3rd floor apartment with only stairs to access it, so keep that in mind when booking. The large apartment itself is very clean with comfortable beds, lots of windows with a couple that have bonus views of the river behind. "What about Bob?" Bob is your host and undeniably one of the nicest people you will ever meet. There is pride of ownership here, not only of his home but of his town (Warren) as well. Bob will make great suggestions whenever he can, for us it was 2 dining establishments and his suggestions were spot on. When in Warren we would love to stay again.
