  Not family friendly

  First of all let me say that I give an honest review of places Ive visited and am pretty laid back and impartial but this holiday complex was terrible . Our first morning headed down to the pool, were there for five minutes and was questioned by managers wife /girlfriend , if " little boy" in pool was ours and he was not to touch railing ,(between adult pool land children,) such a job I had to explain to a four year old ,who had done nothing wrong .Then asked to keep children quiet ,the manager sat most of the day and watched .we saw two other couples (with small children ,4/5 year old) get same treatment .more like a prison camp . The staff were friendly but when manager and/or wife was around the atmosphere changed for the worst also. We ended up spending as little time in apartments as possible and headed to beach or even walked around the village anywhere but the complex . Loved the area for restaurants and but would never return to these apartments not even for free .We are not a wild family or loud , shouting or anything like that , just love spending time in the pool with our kids and relaxing . I would not recommend this complex

  Perfect place for the vacation with kids.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. A lovely clean apartment with everything you need, very quiet place with a lovely garden. Perfect for a family or couples. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this apartment. Its not to far from sunny beach and very close to the beautiful marina where you can eat and relax in some lovely restaurants and night clubs. Actually I would advice to eat in the hotel restaurant where is quite cheep and very tasty meal. Really friendly family that keeps apartment do everything to help and make your stay pleasant.

  Horrible Owner

  Firstly I have stayed in a number of the dinevi apartments over the years and all have been quite ok. Basic but clean quiet accomadation. I have stayed at the watermill complex last year and that was ok too, I guess because I didn't have any issue. This year was totally different. Firstly, you register at the diamond reception building. (as all the apartments in the dinevi resoirt) The staff their hardly ever smile but they are not rude and pretty efficent at least. It's beyond me why they are in the service industry if they have no interest in keeping the customer happy and to smil and be friendly. None the less that's how they are. When you turn up at the watermill, there is no reception. You go to the restaurant and everyone there is so suprised to see a guest checking in, when they see the voucher they look like it's the first time they have seen it!! It's so weird, but this happend twice so I would say it's normal for them. I have no idea with these people...they are surronded by appartments so it's likely that guests come and go lol. When they finally understand that shock horror a guest wants to check in...they search for the building manager. The building manager creeps out of his cage and barks something in bulgarian or maybe russian at you..when you show the voucher he also looks surpised!! No welcome or hello, you just made to feel that you are an alien! He get's on the phone, shouts at someone and then finally shows you to your room. My room was better than last time I stayed but the a/c didn't work and there was no curtian in the bedroom. When I pointed this out, I was made to feel like I was complaining about something very very minor and they didn't care at all. The manager claimed he checked the AC and there was nothing wrong with it, saying that the AC cable was not plugged in. When I returned to my room, it was the same just blasting out warm air. I asked to change rooms but this was declined saying they were fully booked but lucklly hotels.com came to the rescue and changed the complex without fuss. (that's a company who really understands customer service) I really can't believe the way I was treated and they also did not care at all that I wanted to cancel my booking and leave. This might be an issue only at the watermill but still the main reception staff should be more helpfull and willing to solve the problem. I was offered an apartmet at the diamond complex but they expected me to pay double the price...where is the customer servcie in that? If a room is advertsed with a/c then it should work...period. It's summer and the daytime temp is 30c so I don't think I was asking too much. I think dinevi is getting too big for it's boots; the value for money is still ok (ish) but lack of customer service and still no in-room wi-fi in 2018 is pretty rubbish. Vlas itself is still great, I just need to try some of the smaller outfits in a bid to find better service.

  Great place

  Love it, great for families, quiet enough for safety and relaxation. Hop on bus for a 20 minute trip to sunny beach and nessebar. Great for all ages. Be aware of the hilly beach front environment if you have any challenges with mobility.

  Dining

  What a great experience. The food here is well cooked, of good proportions and fantastic value for money. All the staff were very helpful and attentive especially Martin , Dilyana and Vladislav. Its well worth a visit. Thank you everyone for making our meal times relaxed and enjoyable.
