  Completely Incompetent and Arrogant

  The Evolve Watermark Apartment 350 Third Street Kendall Square Cambridge MA was booked using Booking.Com. They then unilaterally cancelled my booking and then froze my credit card. Subsequently they advised that the booking remained OK but they needed different payment details via email. They did not ever answer the provided phone numbers and we only ever got an answering machine. We changed the payment details to my wife's card only to be refused the room on arrival due to the earlier card issue and then emailed to say we had to cancel our booking on Booking.com. The only reason I persisted is that the Evolve had a significant cancellation penalty on their Booking.com profile after all of this and being forced to stay at the much more expensive Marriott nearby they still wanted to charge the cancellation fee! I've never had a problem with Booking.com nor my card until these people were engaged, they have frozen two of our cards, completely failed to deliver on their booking confirmation, cost us significant extra money and still wanted to charge us for cancelling the booking after they cancelled it!

  Good facility

  I take two bedroom apartment and i fell very happy. Apartment is new, clean with enough furniture for family. Its location is suitable for people who have business in cambridge site. It is not shopping area. It near Kendall station, MIT.

  convenient Cambridge location / 1 stop across the river

  Corporate apartment with kitchen and appropriate kitted out kitchen. Welcome basket contained all necessary items for both it and bath. Minimalist furniture, rather uncomfortable low couch in the IKEA tradition. Double bed (or was it a small queen), not king. Dystopian alarm clock, but slat blinds won't allow sleep past 7 in any case (no bother, I was out and about). Cable ought to come with a channel guide. Nice view from roof deck. Whole Foods is a mile off. Not a shopping district, but good T access, and there is a park a few hundred feet away, as well as food and drink within decent walking distance. Clean, no bothers, quiet building. They will hold your bag at the desk after you check out for later pick-up. I ended up spending almost all my time in the city itself, and might revise plan and stay there next time if I find a comparably priced hotel that offers the all important fridge/micro combo, but it was a pleasant stay.

  Great location

  We stayed in a one bed room apartment on the 20th floor, 4th of July week. It was fantastic. Full kitchen, close to the T, 2 stops from boston commons. Roof top was a great view of boston. Kelly was great, staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

  Good Cambridge Location

  We reserved through Booking.com, and this location was identified as Global Luxury Suites at Kendall Square. The building on the outside had the sign "Watermark East." The location is nice, the room is nice. It is not a hotel in terms of staffing/cleaning etc. But it did seem to be well maintained. And the location is exactly where we wanted to be - in Cambridge and also walking distance to Freedom Trail. A word of caution - I would make a phone call to the actual location in advance so you understand exactly where to park when you first arrive.
