  Nice onsen hotel

  a very nice onsen hotel. We had a nice banquet kaiseki dinner; efficient serving staff and with our Japanese speaking guide, got to understand the different dishes served. The onsen furo (bath) was nice; private rooms at $15 per person were available for the shy or romantic ones. WI-FI in rooms. This area is known for its tea.

  it has seen better days...

  From Saga we took the JR train to Takeo Onsen station. Just outside the station there is a red bus that will take you to the Ureshiro Spa area. For about 660 yen and 30 minutes get off at Kokaido stop. the lobby is beautiful, but the carpets are stained and the wear and tear shows in many areas. There are no elevators, so travel light. The dinner (KAISEKI style) is incredible. It's 14 course so bring your appetite A BETTER WAY TO GET TO URESHIRO is by highway bus from Nagasaki. the drive is so pleasant through the countryside. The hotel will offer you free transfer to the bus station or if you arrive at the bus station, call your hotel for pick up.

  Explicit service and perfect design.

  It is my first time flying to Kyoto and visiting japanese style spa in my life. I could not be more than happy that this place is my first one. Japan dynasty stayed at this place couple of centries ago, making the hotel more compelling to stay. Please try 1,000 yen spa for people who are staying at this,hotel. The hotel is unlike any other spas near here,[0 making the hotel more to stay.

  Relaxing trip at Ureshino

  Beautiful hotel but not cheap especially we arrived there during Japanese golden week vacation period. Hotel room is clean but start getting old and it's about time to do some refurbish. However, they put a lot more effort at public area. Beautiful decor all around. Very nice public spa area. Can pay extra 1000 yen per person to enjoy the VIP spa and definitely it's worth to try. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lot of choices. Japanese dinner was included but it was kind of disappointed.

  Hotel with bad sound proof and bad wifi

  I stayed one night at the Japanese room. The hotel is beautifully located next to the river. The hotel is very huge and has a beautiful Japanese garden. The decoration and the facade of the hotel makes you feel like you stay at the museum. However, the sound proof is very bad. The wall is too thin maybe because it is made of wood. If you are a light sleeper, you may reconsider stay at this hotel. Also, although the hotel provides free wifi, I could only use it when I was at the lobby.
