  Brilliant hospitality

  Rooms and great for a couple night stay, great location, close enough to surrounding areas, lots of local restaurants, take outs and shops. But the staff here are absolutely brilliant. They really make you feel like you can ask them anything, so kind and generous. Very welcoming and friendly! Definitely would come back to stay!! Thank you so much for the brilliant hospitality and we havent even left yet just cant fault the staff.

  PERFECT

  Great place to stay and staff very helpful we were not going to b there before 10pm check in time due to traffic and they stayed on to wait for us which was much appreciated as we were travelling down from Glasgowperfect location rooms and toliets nice an clean and beds very comfy and to finish off a nice choice of cereal etc and an english breakfast which was lovely.   Clean and basic

  I stayed for one night, I had a very late check in and the staff were very accommodating to that. The main corridor of the hotel does have a scent in the atmosphere, however this does not crawl into the room as there was separated areas. The hotel is very warm and so is the room. The beds and the room are clean! The decor and shower facilities could do with a serious upgrade. For one or a couple nights stay, its actually not bad. Avoid Room 6, otherwise traffic will be your midnight melody. Didnt have breakfast so couldnt comment on that, and parking is limited.

  Very very very very very very very poor service , rude lady with lack of English called me to check in quick when I had booked just an couple of hours ago and the guy didnt had any professionalism. Wont come back here and wont suggest people to stay no service as paid . Can hear people walking down whole night, felt very disgusting .

  Okay staff, shame about property

  Liked The location was okay for what I needed Kettled was okay. Staff were okay for the 5mins I saw them. Off road parking for about 4 cars. Can come and leave at any time. Disliked The place smelled on arrival. However staff were nice. I stayed in Room 2 (double room with en suite toilet and shower) for 2 nights: -Room is tiny, there is about 2 foot between the bed and bathroom door. No space between the bed and the wall the other side. A couple of feet at the foot of the bed and the desk. -The pillows are too thick and have no give, so it holds your head too high. -The tv screen is about 15 and far away, okay if you are long sighted like myself, but no good otherwise. -The room is very outdated and dark even with the lights on. -The wardrobe smells musky. -Only get 4 milk pots and tiny tea cups. -When sitting on the toilet, my knees hit the wall in front (Im 58) so I kept the door open for some space. -The shower isnt even powerful enough for water to splash off your body, so takes some time to get soap/shampoo off. -The Bathroom handles, chrome and odd bits are corroded or dirty. -The shower head needs cleaning and holes unclogging. I wasnt expecting a posh room by any means. But for the best part of £50 a night with no breakfast (due to Covid), I expected it to be clean and comfortable. Especially when a local premier inn is slightly cheaper and so much better. I have cancelled my pre booked stay here and Im now using the Premier Inn
