  Pleasant Stay

  Conveniently located near the university, the Hotel Warner was a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a few days. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was quite friendly. It would have been nice if the bar had stayed open a bit longer on weekdays, but generally cannot complain with my stay.

  Wedding hotel

  We booked this hotel as part of our wedding planning process. My husbands family along with my family stayed at hotel Warner for two nights. I can not say enough good thinks about the hotel staff and Katie as the coordinator. They were so kind, helpful and accommodating! From making sure that all of my guest were in or around our floor to allowing us to use some one the common spaces (currently unused because is COVID) at no additional cost. The hotel is gorgeous and was always clean. They had a small indoor pool perfect for a few children in our party and an outdoor place with tables and chairs perfect for social distancing. We would definitely recommend staying at hotel Warner, not to mentioned that west Chester has a wide selection of boutiques and local restaurants!

  Quick getaway

  The wife and I needed a night away and she chose west chester p.a. Why? Your guess is as good as mine but the hotel as big rooms, clean and we got a king sized bed, very nice. The area around the hotel is great for restaurants and shopping. Cigar shops also.

  Longwood Gardens Visit

  We stayed at the Warner for 2 nights and used the Longwood Gardens package that includes tickets. It was a great value. The hotel is about 25 minutes from Longwood and right around the corner from a lot of restaurants and bars on Gay Street which is closed to traffic. Checkin and checkout were smooth and easy. We paid extra to park in the connected garage and it was worth it for the super convenience. The hotel was not crowded. We stayed in room 405 with a very comfortable king bed. The room is good size with the usual amenities and the hvac worked fine. It was very, very clean. Due to Covid, they did not clean the room during our stay, no problem for us, we had plenty of towels. The lamps were bright enough to read by and everything in the room worked fine. But what is it about hotel designers that they think guests can see in the dark? No nightlights, dark as a tomb. The breakfast (included) was all carbs, all the time. Very limited selection plus a lot of unmasked people in a small room, so we skipped it and went elsewhere. We would stay there again.

  Post COVID Escape

  We chose this hotel to get away after surviving a severe month long COVID illness. Perfect central location for Longwood Gardens/Kennet Square & King of Prussia area and Valley Forge Casino. Nice quiet, comfy, clean room. Friendly hotel staff. FYI- Breakfast is miminal. Mostly all carbs except Dannon yogurts. Parking offsite is not a problem. Parking garage is within minutes across street. $5.00 with hotel ticket. Restaurants in walking distance are highly overpriced.
