  Fantastic location

  Stayed here in the beautiful Ambleside. The location is perfect. A 15 minute stroll to either the lake or Ambleside. Guest house was very clean and well looked after. Tina and Steve were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing each day. There is limited parking but there is a car park very close by. Would only stay here if returning to Ambleside.

  Beautiful traditional Victorian-style house. Very friendly welcome and covid-19 instructions. Beautiful double room with Arabian theme and jaccuzi bath. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was traditional Cumbria cooked meal, large and flavorsome. Hot & cold food available.

  Great Guesthouse

  Just spent a couple of nights at This guesthouse and could not fault it. Steve, the owner, was really welcoming and was really helpful providing us with local info. The breakfast is amazing and full of local products. Thanks for a great stay. Steve & Pam

  Amazing

  Lovely B&B a short walk from both the Waterside and Ambleside centre. Breakfast was awesome and Vegan friendly. Rooms were extremely clean with everything you need. Great Covid-19 procedures, so nothing to worry about. Highly recommended.

  Nice B&B

  The B&B was nice in a lovely location with welcoming and friendly hosts. The room was nice and spacious and comfortable. It was in a good location with walking distance to the village and waterside. Breakfast was lovely however extremely early and with a short window of 45 minutes 8am -8:45. We are frequent travellers and often early risers, however we dont expect to have to set an alarm for breakfast when were away especially on a weekend of long walks in the lakes. This is the rules so thats fine however it would probably deter us from staying here again.
