  Normal place for business trip

  Wanhao Business Grand Hotel is similar as my home in China, really). I stayed at this hotel several times and each time I can see positive change. The very first time I didn't like this place, if to be franky. I liked only breakfast with large selection of Chinese dishes and very tasty cakes. But the next time disign of room is more modern. And I liked very much nice Chinese details on halls and room. Repair of the hotel didn't care and now it's finshed, I think. The staff of hotel is very helpfull, they are trying to help in any situation. It's better if window is on side of street, because other side of hotel is to railway- Wenzhou East railway station is near. As regard as place, there are many shops and places for intersting walks, but these places are not attractions of Wenzhou. I like these walks, because they allow to understand better the spirit of China, but it's not for everybody maybe.

  Could have been perfect

  Im on business in Wenzhou for a night and the supplier chose this hotel for me. The price that I paid is comparable or more than the price that I pay in HK 4 star hotels, however, I get a large room with complete amenities. The bed is comfortable with soft pillows, clean and super white beddings and plush slippers . One indication of cleanliness for me is I dont get itchy or have strange feeling that there are things crawling all over me underneath the sheets, like the hotel that I stayed at in Guangzhou before I flew here. The room has a modern design and is well maintained . The bathroom has undergone some renovation judging from the holes on the ceramic tile but for me this is a very minor thing. They have free wired internet and free breakfast which will open at 6:30 am. However, on the negative side, my room overlooks the train station as well as the postal office with a large fleet of trucks. It is very noisy during the day time from the trains and from the loudspeakers repeating words over and over again. The noise wind down at night maybe around 9pm. Wenzhou is a place for business not for relaxation, unless you head up to Nanyang, this is a nice place to stay.

  Decent hotel

  The hotel is quite clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The only down side is that it is overseeing a main traffic junction and you often heard cars horning each other all the times! The breakfast was so-so, most of the food didn't appeal to me very much, but the soy milk is very nice! The breakfast finishes at 10am and they switch off the air-conditioner and dim the lights right away while we were still there. Not a very good feeling with that. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is quite good.

  Good value for money

  I have spent a rather short night on a businesstrip at this hotel . However I had an overall positive feeling about this hotel . Nothing exceptional but my room was large , fully equipped , it was comfortable though decorated is the most anonymous way . Staff were friendly but communication was sometimes difficult and you would expect a bit better from a 4 star hotel . Located near the train and bus station it may be a bit Noisy at times , particularly in the morning . Not a bad experience but somewhat below what you would expect from a 4 star hotel in China

  Suitable for Business for a few days

  Extremely comfortable beds, extremely good interiors and extremely polished hotel for the price. We had a corporate discount booked through our business friends staying in Wenzhou. Fantastic property and hotel but the breakfast was SAD.. we Indians need more of western breakfast and all I got was eggs and toast.. stayed here for 6 nights and could not afford to eat only eggs and bread every morning.. no western cheeses or hams or chicken sausages or anything.. another problem was the AC and wifi keeps konking off..
