  Horrible experience

  The hotel looks amazing, no deny on this. A couple of the front desk ladies are friendly. But there are a few things that i feel really disappointed at: 1. Services are pretty average for a 6-star hotel, it didn't make us feel welcomed. Some staffs are pretty rude, didn't even say hi when you walked pass. 2. The hotel looks amazing outside, but the facility is quite out-dated. Lots of stuff in the room didn't work... my toilet is blocked and the guy took a few hours to fix it, but they didn't willing to transfer me to another room... 3. Hygiene problems!!! EVERY meal in that hotel upset my stomach... not just me and my colleague. We thought it was our problem and we tried to eat outside even in the small street restaurants, but we were fine. We stayed there 3 days, we tried but ended up going to toilet afterwards. I assumed the cooking oil that they used weren't clean. I am not terribly blaming them for this, it might be our stomach not used to their food. The other hygiene problem was the room,,. everytime after the girls cleaned our room,, there were rubbish/plastic wraps in my room... everytime time and been like this for 3 days....i am totally over it... Very disappointed at this.. Won't go back to that place anymore...

  Small town

  Like most Chinese hotels this one is like a small town. It has pretty much everything a top hotel should have: impressive facilities, excellent service and so on, all achieved on a massive scale. The manager is also urbane and charming, in stark contract to some of the clientele. The only improvement would be serving burgers until a little later in the evening, but changing snacking routines can easily deal with this. It was a strange experience to look out of window onto the new city of which this hotel is part. Totally empty. Not for long.

  New hotel but needs better management and servic

  So I visited my wifes hometown of Nanchang and stayed at the Wanda Vista for six nights. It is a brand new hotel which opened around Sept of 2016. The hardware are all top of the line but the service and management was subpar. The service was sometimes super friendly and sometimes not at all. We did stay during Chinese New Year so maybe that could of been another reason. Near the hotel about ten min walk is a huge Wanda Mall with Starbucks, Uniqlo and H&M etc. there is a huge theme park as well. Wanda Vista, Realm and Pullman hotels are all connected and you can walk in the back where there is a pirate ship sand lot and a lovely fountain. Overall it was a good stay but I think with better management it would be a five star review.

  Great new hotel with good service but a bit remote

  The Wanda Vista is a new hotel and has stunning interior design. Theyve got great spacious and cozy rooms. The design is rather Chinese lots of marble but decent and not to overwhelming. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Service was great and staff was quick, solution oriented, attentive and always friendly. Location is rather remote with a new mall nearby, which has plenty of restaurants.
