  Beautiful room and first class breakfast

  The Wall Hill Farm guest House is beautiful. We had the Oriental Room which was furnished to a very high standard indeed. Very comfortable bed and the shower was fab!!!! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and there was also the opportunity to collect milk from a fridge in the shared lounge. The shared lounge was extremely comfortable and there were many books etc, about the area to read. Breakfast was first class - we had the full english which was cooked to an extremely high standard - I had an omelette on the second day and I can honestly say it was one of the best I have ever tasted. The owner was very helpful and his cooking was fabulous. Can't recomend this place highly enough. Very well situated for places to visit too.

  Lovely place

  We stayed here as a stop over on a round trip to have a look at some canal boats at a local boat yard, there is a lovely bit of history attached the guest house as it used to be the milking shed, this has now been fitted out as rooms which are clean tidy and perfect for a short stay or longer if its needed there are pub restaurants within walking distance although we did drive as we went right in the middle of storm Dennis and didnt fancy the walk in the wind and rain. Breakfast in the morning was lovely freshly cooked for you and the owner is the chef and does a lovely breakfast. We loved our stay and will return later in the year for another visit to the boat yard.

  A lovely guest house

  My daughter and I stayed at the Wall Hall Farm Guest House for 1 night on Saturday 22nd February 2020 whilst visiting family. We have stayed in a few places throughout the years but this Guest House is a real find. Booking a room was made very easy. The rooms are well furnished and very clean. The breakfast was lovely. We had a very comfortable stay for a great price.

  Business Stay

  I stayed here this week for 3 nights for work. I stay in a lot of hotels and always look for little gems. Everything about this hotel was 5 star. The room was so cosy and welcoming, there was a lovely big bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast was made to order, there was plenty to choose from and high quality. What made it for me was the lovely friendly service. Even though the commute to work was bit rubbish, it was worth it and I cant wait to stay again.

  Peaceful and welcoming

  My family and I stayed here earlier this month for two nights and can highly recommend the host Richard and his guest house. Arrival and getting settled in were made very easy as we had already been asked what time we expected to arrive and arrangements had been made accordingly. Our room was spacious very clean and set out with cot etc exactly as discussed during the booking process. Breakfast on both mornings was first class and Richard is only too happy to accomodate with requests. The location is very peaceful with beautiful views across the Cheshire countryside and we felt very "covid secure" during our stay as there is plenty of space around the property and all indoor areas were kept perfectly clean. We tried two of the local pubs for dinner, The Holly Bush Inn and the Riverside, and although both very different we enjoyed both. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area as the property is very convenient for motorway access and exploring the wider area from a peaceful and friendly starting point. Thank you Richard and we hope to see you again.
