  My experience is so unique and beautiful I use to be a visitor to Hilton but my visit to this luxury hotel is another story which need your experience it will exceed your expectation so dont miss it . Promise u its unforgettable

  Bad value for money

  The executive suite is spacious and authentic but the furniture require renovation. Poor service, unprofessional staff and extremely bad quality of food specially the dine in Lacks welcoming at arrival and you we will park your car by yourself cause I think they dont believe in valet service

  Opulent Experience in Jeddah

  I was only able to stay one night at the Qasr Al Share in Jeddah, but I wish I'd been able to stay longer. The rooms were magnificent and service was outstanding. From the photos, it looks a bit gaudy (I tend to prefer more modern/sleek looks), but it was actually pretty fun. I'll definitely be back given the opportunity.

  Splendid decor emulating traditional Arab styles, helpful staff

  We reserved two rooms here in January for a couple of days and were, overall, quite pleased. Registration took a bit long but that seems to be the case in many hotels in the Middle East. One of our rooms was upgraded to a suite and there was a mix up regarding the other. We had specifically requested a king size bed but were presented with two double beds instead. Rather than wait for the staff to put the two beds together (which in our experience often leads to an uncomfortable center line) we waited for another room to be prepared. All of this took quite some time but in the end at least one of the rooms had a corner view of the ocean. (Be warned: only these few rooms have an ocean view.) The bathroom was relatively small compared to other Waldorfs we have stayed at but no complaints really. The rose petals were cute. Although we did not see the need for a butler, it was nice to know that one was around just in case. Staff was friendly and we particularly appreciated Ahmed (I believe that was his name), our friendly greeter from East Africa who was always there with cups of tea and a big smile when we came in. To add to the friendliness we were allowed a very late checkout. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends now that Saudi is opening up to tourism. We wished that the pool was accessible to families regardless of gender and that the beach (with its inviting chairs etc) was available for swimming and not just looking but the view was relaxing in any event and there are beaches elsewhere outside of Jeddah.

  Luxurious Stay

  We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. It gives me great pleasure to mention the names and give special thanks to some of the concierge team who made our stay very special, my personal concierge Shahadat Hussein who made sure our stay was as comfortable at it was and thanks to Mohamed Hussein and Hassan who were the politest door men I have met at any hotel, they were very welcoming, friendly and happy to offer any kind of help. And many thanks to the receptionists and the whole team who made our stay memorable. This was actually the first part of our honeymoon and I am so proud to have chosen this hotel.
