  Simplemente perfecto

  Es un hotel nuevo, por lo tanto todo está en impecables condiciones. La decoración es de muy buen gusto. Y la atención fue sobresaliente. Jackie, Dany y Víctor nos ayudaron en español pero todo el personal se esmeró en atendernos como reyes. La comida en Jean George es deliciosa. Las habitación son muy amplias y además tecnológicas: todo se controlo a través de Alexa, hasta las cortinas. El balcón es muy cómodo y tiene mobiliario para instalarse a descansar al sol. Es caro pero si puedes darte el gusto, no dudes en invertir en pasar unos días de ensueño en este hotel.

  Great Property! Thank You Vanessa!

  This property is stunning all around. It's in a perfect location in Beverly Hills. The rooms are very large with gorgeous views. The toiletries are top of the line. Thank you Vanessa, the GM for being so incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating!

  Sets the bar high

  My son and I visited the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in Oct on a last minute trip. Initially we were supposed to stay for 1 night, but the stay was so great, we extended it a second night. Everything was perfect about this stay. When we pulled in, there was someone on each side of the car to let us out. One walked us to the front counter to check in while the other said they would handle our bags. We literally made the reservation about 20 minutes before arriving so we had to wait. They gave us water and had us wait in the gorgeous lobby. It took about a half hour for our room to be ready, but when it was, they came to us and gave us the keys. They even walked us to the elevator to show us where to swipe the card to get on our floor. When we got to the room, we immediately saw why we waited. The room was immaculate. Clean and smelled fresh. There was a video on the tv playing showing the 3 step cleaning process that involved spraying a sanitizing mist on all surfaces. Then the housekeeper wipes down all surfaces. Then they bring in some robot that uses UV lights to finish the process. After about 15 minutes in the room, we wondered where our bags were. I opened the large closet doors and our bags were already in the closet. They were there the whole time. The room was great. All the fit and finishes were wonderful. The bathroom had a large shower and a large tub complete with bath salts. The balcony had a nice view as well. We didnt want to leave after the first night, so we extended our stay. We left to explore. When we returned, the room was immaculate again. They even took our power cords for charging our devices and wrapped them in Waldorf Astoria branded ties to keep the organized. Superb touches. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful both night. Great service and wonderful food. Good people watching too. Whenever we left or arrived, we were greeted by name. I absolutely loved this trip and this hotel. It is now the hotel that I measure all other hotels against. I cant wait to return.

  Best hotel in LA

  Currently staying here at the Waldorf. This is my second stay here during pandemic. Check in process was speedy and great as usual. I was upgraded upon arrival, but didnt really like an upgrade like before. But that doesnt deserve a knock in stars at all because this hotel is absolutely beautiful with an amazing staff that truly makes you feel comfortable and at home. Last night we visited the roof top restaurant. What a beautiful place to enjoy drinks and dinner. But this shout out goes to David Eaton at the restaurant. Upon arriving at our table he noticed that my wife was cold from the mini wind storm and immediately summoned a co worker to bring not one but two blankets. On top of that he ensured that she was satisfied with the wine she was served. My new favorite restaurant. Thank you David for saving the evening, without you it could have been a disaster. If you want to stay at a hotel in Beverly Hills this is the place because everyone at this place trys to be like David.

  Classic beauty, excellent location

  My husband and I just came back from spending two nights at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. This is our second Waldorf experience and the first time in this part of LA. Up front information, we booked using our Hilton Diamond Member's free night certificates for this weekend get away. No upgrade received. Diamond members do get $50 dining credit per day, which can be used at any dining venues on site. Valet Parking is $65 a day and they do have a Tesla destination charger. The hotel is beautiful, the ground well manicured and there are straight Covid19 cleaning protocol in place. We felt very safe staying here. The staff are all professional, courteous, and gracious. We felt well taken care of. Big thank you to Maddie, the front desk manager! We were placed at a lower floor when we checked in on Saturday, facing the busy main street. I didn't get an once of sleep all night from the traffic noise. We messaged the hotel and were able to get switched to a higher floor for the next night, which made a big difference. Would recommend any light-sleepers to choose a room on the higher floor / face away from the main street. Would also recommend getting drinks at the rooftop bar, the view there is incredible. Drinks are reasonable priced with great food options. We did get room service breakfast two days in a row, everything came well prepared and fresh. kudos to the food service staff.
