  Nice Place to Stay, Wonderful Food, Friendly Staff

  A wonderful find during our 6 week travels in Germany. We stayed 5 days at this wonderful hotel. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast amazing and dinner even more amazing. We were staying there on business. We had early morning appointments and requested just coffee and kind of a continental breakfast as we were leaving before the normal breakfast hours. Instead, they insisted to prepare a full breakfast for us. We are in our last week of 6 weeks and would still rate their restaurant with the best meals we had during our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

  Nice hotel, very good food and breakfast

  At Waldhotel Felschbachhof they really take care preparing very nice diner using good quality ingredients. Their BIO breakfast is offering a lot of choice with several home made products. An hotel in country side area where you can go for business or pleasure with good food and service.

  Healthy delight

  We were lucky enough to have a good friend who lives near the Glantal valley near Ulmet; who recommended the Waldhotel Felschbachhof. As kindred vegetarians, we appreciate the owners of Felschbachhof's passion for the use of organic, locally produced foods and their commitment to a sustainable "community " The staff are very pleasant and the food is prepared with care. There is also an impressive wine selection.

  Overall nice stay

  I have stayed he twice now and found the rooms to be big, clean and pleasant. The area around the hotel is beautiful but I did not explore the local area. Breakfast as mentioned varied and well presented. On a personal note, an option of regular black tea would be nice instead of all the variations on offer. I was a little disappointed with dinner on both visits and my plates were taken without asking why I had not eaten my meal both times, I will eat elsewhere next time.

  Pleasant and helpful staff and management

  We had several rooms for our extended family and found the rooms functional, comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel seems to accommodate children well. Both the dinner and breakfast were outstanding with an excellent variety and quality. The location provides a felling of spaciousness in a rural setting. The management and staff were both pleasant and exceedingly helpful. The wifi was good, but the large selection of TV channels did not include English.
