  Amazing service, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful location

  This was our 9th stay at the Waldhotel and we can only say that it keeps getting better and better! It is truly home from home. All of the staff are extremely friendly, and go out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The staff's ability to anticipate our wishes, to remember what we like, and how we like our rooms set up is remarkable. Every little detail is taken care of. Many of the staff have been at the Waldhotel for years, so it's a little like meeting old acquaintances. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The suite in the Chesa Silva is ideal for families, as there is a separate room for the children. The junior suite in the Chesa Silva is also beautifully appointed and spacious, and would also work for a small family. The Alpine lounge is a nice place to meet for tea or drinks and a few games after a day's skiing or walking. In the winter, the location of the hotel is perfect: an easy ski-in-ski-out with direct access to the piste. The food is delicious, and we love the flexibility: if the children just fancy a plate of spaghetti rather than what's on the menu, it's never a problem; the staff and the kitchen always try and accommodate a special wish. We prefer the restaurant on the right-hand side as you come in, as it is quieter. For a special meal the restaurant "Kachelofa Stübli" is well worth a visit. We can not recommend the Waldhotel Arosa highly enough! Our next stay is already booked...

  Waldhotel Arosa

  I spent 2 days in Waldhotel in Arosa CH. It was all excelent. From reception, through the room, restaurant and spa area. Great staff polite and helpfull just make you feel at home and to come back. Will come back soon.

  Great hotel in beautiful Arosa

  We had a lovely modern room with mountain views and a very spacious bathroom. The breakfast and dinner was extremely good. As we stayed 11 nights, we were offered a table near the window with a beautiful view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend this hotel.

  two days trip

  We spent 2 nights trip at Arosa in autumn holidays. The location and the service were great. Our room view is great too. The breakfast and the dinner were so good, the kids liked they can get food by themselves from the buffet. And we were located the same table for the breakfast and dinner, that's stable and convenient in these time of Corona. The kids also like the kid's pass and the kid club. We will come back in next holidays.

  Simply Awesome Hotel and Great + Attentive Service

  Wonderful hotel and simply brilliant service from all. We had a lovely penthouse' junior suite, with our 10 week old baby towards the end of November for my bday. The food was awesome, really good and wide selection for breakfast plus coffees on free flow, drinks at the bar, numerous wines, daily cocktail and cigar and 5 course dinner! I even got a handwritten bday card and a sparkly desert on my bday. Top notch service, superb attention to detail.
