  Great location and services

  Great apartment in the centre of kaprun. Walking distance to all services and the bus stop to the glacier is cca 150m away. The staff speaks really good English and us very helpful. They helped us to do organise all activities. Breakfast was great, the staff was very attentive.

  We are two families traveling with kids. This is our second year that we are coming here and we are more than satisfied.Great Apartments, very clean, top position!! Family Gotthatdt is very kind and always at disposal as well as their employees!!

  Great, family run hotel.

  Second year of staying here now. Fab accommodation and staff. Glacier bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Family ski slope 10 minute walk away and the nursery slope is 2 minutes behind the hotel! We self catered and so didn't use the breakfast facilities. Kitchen in the apartment is well kitted out though. Boot room in the basement for your skis and a sauna too for an extra charge. Lost my room keycard on the second day and staff replaced immediately. Safe was also a little tricky but the staff came straight up and helped us out. On the last day, the hotel also had no problem with us leaving a load of cases until we had to catch our plane, which meant that we could spend our last few hours on the glacier! All in all a great hotel.

  Excellent property

  The rooms in the hotel are quite big with kitchen, dinning table, sofa and balcony. Offers view of the garden and open restaurant. One can take bus No. 660 and get down at Kaprun Ortsmitte. Its ~100 meters from the bus stop. The hotel has parking facility also available. Try to reach this hotel 5 pm as the reception closes bit early. However, they will keep your rooms keys at main door incase you are not able to reach on time. The staff is very helpful and will provide all the information about places to visit. Dont forget to get the Kaprun card from the hotel as that will help you get several discounts as well as free entry to many places of interest. And also if you planning to visit any salt mine on the way to Vienna do take discount vouchers from the reception. Since its a apartment hotel, you need to pay cleaning charges which they will charge you at check-out time. Overall its a good place to stay in Kaprun

  Very convenient

  We stayed here fo 4 nights. The apparment was well equipped and clean. Two bedrooms 3 toilets and 2 showers. They gave us the Kaprun zell am see card which saved us a lot of money. The place is in the center of Kaprun very close to all shopes and restaurants. A minute walk from the very good bakery. The two minuses: On the Main Street and its noisy The apartment had a slight smell of cigarettes
