  precioso si no buscas caprichos

  Hemos estado del 5 al 12 de junio 2010 en este hotel. El hotel tiene una dimension humana, playa preciosa, eramos pocos en esta semana, asi que estuvimos agusto. comida standard, dulces fabulosos. Animacion muy sevicial, estupendo el equipo planeta terra. Hemos viajado con un nino de 13 meses y los peros son... no hay camita para nino con barras y no hay sillas para dar de comer al nino en el comedor. diving con poco personal pero excelentes profesionales y muy serviciales. habitaciones grandes, equipo de aire acondicionado fantastico con opcion sllo venitlador muy conveniente para un bebe. volveriamos, sin duda.

  Relax absoluto

  Fui en pareja hace unos días y fue genial, relación calidad/precio excelente. Personal amable y atento. Jardines y piscina muy bien cuidados, comida buena preparada con cariño. El lugar más tranquilo de vacaciones dónde he estado. Quizá los aspectos a mejorar serían los siguientes: A la hora del desayuno/comida/cena,muchas mesas no estaban preparadas y había que buscar un camarero y esperar a que la limpiaran y montaran... Se echa un poco de menos la música egipcia. En general muy recomendable. Volveremos.

  Sherif Khairy ( Assistant Manager ) would simply give you a life time vacation to remember !

  My friend recommended this hotel for me based on its quit outstanding landscape, sea view, carol reef, including the most beautiful fish, turtles, that you can hardly see anywhere but here, and last but not least , she said the staff there is really friendly , and Sherif Khairy ( Assistant manager ) genuinely knows how to make his guest really Happy . The service I experienced : I went there 3rd Jan 21 , but I was really impressed and touched of how much they do really care about their guest , before I even checked in, Sherif Khairy ( Assistant manager )- - Sherif took care of all my many inquiries, guided me through every little details to make sure that I will have the vacation on my dreams, starting form guiding me what to wear , medicine to bring in case if I have a sea sick, advising a better and cheaper transportation from Cairo to the hotel, following up with me from the time I took the bus in Cairo , till I time I arrived at Marsa Aleam , - Upon my arrival he gave me a very informative , nice orientation to all the best features in the hotel an activities center, to make sure that I will enjoy every minute of my stay. - During my stay he was very friendly , supportive, taking really kind care of all of all of his guests , starting from taking nice initiative leaving his dinner to take pictures to the honeymooners, even when I met some tourist with a problem in staying period and rates, Sherif solved the issue for him right away , ending that he extended his staying from 2 nights to 3 weeks ! - It was one of my dreams to have a nice dinner under the starts by the sea with a fire on the shore, and Sherif Organized this event more than one time, in a way that tuned my dream vacation into a REALITY , I was never that much HAPPY in my life ! - Even in buying souvenirs to my family and friends, Sherif supported , and even got am a very good price , which made it affordable for me to buy a gift to every one - I came by myself to this trip, but with Sherif kind surroundings, highly respected manners, constant friendly smile, I never felt alone, on the contrary , he made me feel like I am home ! Restaurant , reception, cleaning , Bedouin tent , Security : - Food is really decisions , very well served, place is clean 24/7 in Restaurant ( Thanks to newly hire Mohamed the youngest staff , although hes still in proportion period, but really is doing a remarkable job, in keep restaurant area clean and fresh, I am sure he will be in a good position in Azur someday, as hes such an Asset ) - Rooms : very nice cozy furniture, very comfortable mattress, easy on the eye lighting , very pleasant decoration., Sea view it feels like you are waking up to see the most beautiful painting Allah created to make you sleep and wake up with a inner smile on your face and in your heart ! - Car Service : they arranged a really comfortable cars with well-trained drivers, with cozy smile and ready to help ( Hamada he was the best one ever !) - Reception , Bar and restaurant : Islam, Yahya , Mohamed, Emad , Mohamed Abdel Aal ,Radi , and Mahmoud , all wonderful helpers, well trained to have a friendly talks with guests to always make them feel among family, and not just a mere guest and hotel relationship , which in turn creating a bond of trust , loyalty , showing they truly care about us. - Bedouin tent : one of a life time experience , very cozy, especially with ( 3am Eissa ) the most kind Bedouin old one, with the nicest smile ever, of course with his unforgettable Bedouin coffee Gabana - Mohamed Nasim , Magdi , were very kind , supportive , was really nice to know them - Abdel Rahman ( Security ) - our brave security, with an eye of a hawk, big smile, and always ready to help Big thanks to Azur management ( Sherif Magdy ) for their wise and clever choice for the ones representing you Starting from Sherif Khairy ( Assistant manager) the true kind face of Azur, ending with Mohamed your youngest staff at the restaurant

  Beautiful place close to nature

  I have come to Wadi Lahmy Azur by chance. The goal for my travel was to learn kitesurfing and the hotel was closest to the kitesurfing spot. I would definitely choose that hotel again. I fell in love with the perfectly cared for garden with amazing flowers and bush formations. Next to the dining room there is a herb garden where you can pick fresh mint for your tea. There is a lot of space to suntan on the beach and there is a beautiful small beach hidden inside two small hills. In this "secret beach" as I liked to call it you can find many hearts created with stones by the couples as a confirnatuibs of their love to each other. There is a bridge over the house reef where you can meet whale shark and napoleon fish while snorkling. You can go on a beautiful walk to mangrove reserve. You walk along the beach and desert where you truly get connected to nature. I loved waking up early in the morning to admire the sun coming up over the sea. During the whole stay all our needs were taken care by Mister Sherif, the general menager of the hotel, who regularly checked if the guest had everything they needed. He will also happily challange you for a game of billard. But be aware he is very good at it! I have enjoyed enormously a trip on quads to desert and also visit to Bir Szalatin. Shereif organised special dinners on the beach with nice music and special cuisine. The whole staff were very helpful and polite in all the situtaions. Rooms are clean and the dining crew are very attentive. I would love the hotel to maintain such a serene atmosphere where you are very close to wilderness of the nature and at the same time you can enjoy the luxury of a comfortable hotel!

  Amazing stay at the hotel - A lot of space and friendly staff

  ROOM: We had a room with sea view (absolutely recommended) and all inclusive (no alcohol). Room is clean. But no Internet in the room, only at reception (best buy a local SIM card at the airport - 15 USD/30GB). FOOD: The waiters are very friendly to serve you all the prepacked (Covid-19) "Western" food. But ask for the local food, it's amazing and better! There is always a choice of beef or chicken for lunch and dinner. Also fresh pizza is available. Plus soup and dessert. You could pay extra (15) for fresh fish and octopus as main dish. And 1,50 for fresh Mango juice. POOL / BEACH / ACTIVITIES: 2 pool areas are very open and cosy. Just in front of the hotel is a house reef to snorkel so bring your gear or rent at the dive shop of the hotel. We went every day kitsurfing at the "Kite Village Hamata" (8min by car), also absolutely recommended. If you don't have a car then you can take the shuttle costs 3 Euro. The beach is very pretty and huge. A lot of sunbeds and umbrellas, volleyball field,...best enter the sea via the platform as there are big rocks.
