  Ok - only if no other affordable option

  We had 2 beds in the 12 bed dorm for one night. It's cheap and you know what you're getting into when you book a 12 bed dorm. So it was ok, as expected: one couple sharing one bed, bicycle tourists, one confused guy who slept at day time, two talkative elderly women and last but not least the drunk guy who smelled. Unexpected was though: shared bathroom with toilettes and showers for male and female. Also: one woman brought her dog. So it also shared this room with us. Provided: bed linen to be applied by yourself, one small towl, WiFi, small lockable locker. Kitchen to share. Laundry possible. Bicycle rentals for 500 rub per day possible. Not provided: shampoo. Toilet paper was enough during the day, but empty in the evening.

  Apartments are nice but could be planned better

  We lived in the apartments, not in the hostel. It was alright overall but a few flaws spoiled the impression. Pros: clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect location, WiFi in the rooms, good kitchen equipment (apart from the frying pan that was awful). From our window we could watch a seagull's nest on the chimney of a nearby house :) Cons: first of all it was sole tiny trash bin for an entire apartment with kitchen and no trash bin for the bathroom. The design of apartments is pretty arguable and looks a bit uncomfortable - the ceiling is darker than the walls and looks low, the bedroom is located in small closed space with a tiny high window which gives impression of being in a fallout shelter. It would've been nice to have a mirror somewhere in the room apart from the ones in the bathroom. Plus the bathroom definitely lacks pegs for towels (we had only one that had already been occupied by a hairdryer).The hostel uses the cheapest toilet paper whatsoever.

  Nice and Clean

  Good stuff, everybody very helpfull. Room clean and big. Free wifi. Good toilette and shower. Near center and old town.Vyborg castle is 500 metres away from hostel.Free parking.There is everything what i need. I come back.

  Definitely recommend this place

  Stayed here for 6 nights. Staff helpful and kind. Close to a convenience store. Had my car parked in the property of the Hostel without any problem. We (3 adults and 1 kid) stayed in 2 different apartments during our stay. No complaints at all. Will choose this place next time i travel to Vyborg.

  Good option on a budget

  Clean, very inexpensive place. Kitchen is clean and has everything. Coed toilets and showers are clean as well and adequate. The walls are super thin, so you hear people talk in the next room, but everyone goes to bed after 11 pm, so not a problem. Good location to explore the historic part of Vyborg.
