  Great Views & space

  We stayed recently with family in Our Apartments two-bedroom overlooked the park & the ferris wheel. Apartment by is spacious with two queen beds in each room. Small balcony with two chairs, although morning sun in summer bus a bit bright, later in after it was very pleasant, unfortunately pigeons are in residence, which needs addressing. Room was clean, with enough amenities for at least 3 days. More towels can be requested, cleaning is every 7 days in an apartment, but studio rooms are serviced daily. There was a broom,vaccum cleaner in apartment, which was handy. Overall a lovely stay. Reception staff pleasant.

  Very Comfortable Stay

  We had a nice apartment which was well appointed and had a few extras added in the kitchen like utensils I didn't expect. Shops at the local Westfield are just a short walk away and offer all your food needs. The beach is visible from some apartments and a lovely spot to walk.

  Very Good Accomodation

  We recently stayed at the Vue in a two bedroom apartment with a park view. The apartment was clean and quiet although it could use a bit a attention to detail, like fixing all the exposed cables from the back of the music system, and rectifying the TV in the bedroom that didn't work. Oh and the blonde female recepionist could use a lesson or two in customer service, not friendly at all and quite condesending when replying to a couple of questions.

  Family apartments, noisy

  Stayed in corner 2 bed room apartment, family of 4. Generous space and kids enjoyed bath tub. Great location with short walk to Eastern beach, bottle shop across road and other things along esplanade. Coles and westfield also around the corner. Parking provided, spots very very tight though. Had 24hr cancellation policy which is great during COVID times. A few downsides: Carpets and decor quite tired. Aparments are not noise proof. There are so many hoons who rev their noisy engines at night in this area. Similarly, can hear other apartments, hallways and voices from the street. Not for light sleepers. They are self contained not serviced apartments. There are no rubbish facilities on the floor so as the trash builds up, you need to take it down to the carpark if you want to clear it.

  Great apartments and location but noisy.

  Stayed for 2 weeks for holiday with kids and family. 2 bedroom apartment great for kids. Location is great. Close to beach, restaurants etc. service from reception staff was great. Only a couple of things that could have been better. Stayed on the first floor park side and could not believe the amount of traffic noise and traffic on Bellarine St day and night. Maybe higher up is better. Also, mid stay service was on a Friday. Took kids to beach until 230. Got back and cleaning staff knocked on door. Asked if they could come back in 30 minutes so we could get kids out of bathers etc and the answer was no. Asked if the could do tomorrow the answer was no we dont do mid stay service on a weekend. I thought that was a bit poor given paid over 4 grand for stay. However overall very good venue in great spot.
