Family moonWe went for a family moon on the 10th Sept until the 24th Sept. this place is truly 5 star we had nothing but fantastic service throughout our stay and it was so good we have even arranged to come back in Sept 2020. On arrival, we were checked in speedily and give our family rooms we got a shuttle to them and had the mini tour of the site by the shuttle driver. The room was very spacious and extremely clean we had cleaners every day who changed towels and bedding as required the mini bar was a little hit and miss on crisps and chocolate wafer but other than that nothing to complain about. The beach snack bar served good simple food which was ideal for lunch time with kids the service was impeccable and everyone was polite and well mannered. The pool snack bar and the pool itself was never very busy so we often had a pool to ourselves the kids really enjoyed the pol and the pool bar food service was again excellent with them, they could adapt the food to our liking and the service again was fantastic here. The pool was kept very clean and there was always someone cleaning up around the people who decided not to use the bins. The beach and decking this was one of our favourite place the view was amazing and yes there was a sunbed chase to get the ones near the front in a morning but nothing that we couldnt handle, we had truly amazing service on the beach the waiters there wont let you go thirsty at all and they often remember the drinks you have and bring them down to you throughout the day. The towel hut is great and always a smile on their faces and never an issue in changing the towels over. Lots of clean fresh towels all the time. The fruit bar lots of choices and really good service the guys working in there are very patient and will help and assist as required. A little strict on opening times when a 3-year-old wants a banana at 09.45am and told no its difficult for kiddies to understand but no big issue. The beach bar well AMAZING is what I can say we had the best service we have ever received on holiday nothing was too much trouble and the guys who work this area are brilliant. The drinks are plentiful and the range is super. The cocktails are all made fresh not pre-mix rubbish and the spirits used are branded and of good quality. So many of the people who worked there made such a fuss over my youngest grandson Dennis we constantly heard Dennis been called where ever we were on the resort and the staff were so friendly towards him the and the other 2 grandsons. The shuttle service, this is great the guys who drive these are very funny and very willing to help if required we never waited more than 5 mins for a shuttle and they drop you off wherever you ask them too. So many of the staff made our holiday what it was but a special mention to 3 people who stood out for us, ERKAN the decking and beach waiter is an awesome fella he really treats us like kings and made sure we had a fantastic time and made a massive fuss over Dennis bringing him fruit platter in a bowl most nights and giving him firework display. EBRU was another brilliant waiter on the beach bar she made a massive fuss over Dennis and the boys and always took the time to come over and chat to us all. BERK was our waiter on the decking he was awesome and never tired running around in the heat making sure all guests had drinks and helping with any questions asked. He was great at bringing coffee in morning and we always had ours at 10.00 am without fail. This been said the who of the guys who work there are brilliant they want to chat and are very polite always and nothing is too much trouble. The only one thing negative for me was the DJ we found him to be rude and when the kids asked a couple of songs to be played he ignored them. They didnt want kids songs they were showing him a phone with English songs on. This didnt detract from an amazing time and didnt stop us booking it again cant wait for Sept 2020. A real 5-star luxury resort.

Amazing place to stayFirst I want to thank you for amazing stay. Hotel management made sure our stay will be even more special because of my partner's birthday! Staff always polite and helpful, even if they don't speak too much English! I think room cleaning wasn't that great buy it wasn't too bad, always fresh towels provided. I would definitely recommend if you want to escape from big cities. Beach small but enough, beach staff bringing you drinks to sun bed. What else you want from life???

Loud Music Every NightThis hotel has very loud and poor quality live music every night until midnight, that makes it difficult to relax. The cove and the hotel is nice but think twice if you want to relax. Its a shame that they dont limit the loud music to something like 2 nights a week or during weekends...

Relaxing, beautiful hotelMyself and my husband stayed here for 1 week mid Sept 2020. This was during at the start of the second wave of COVID so we chose not to leave the hotel so we can't comment on the location. This also meant some of the hotel facilities were not available such as the Turkish Bath and massage suite. This made no difference to our stay and was understandable given the current situation. First thing to mention is that we were the only Bristish people staying at the hotel. The guests were mainly Turkish, Russian and Bulgaria. The hotel is more geared towards these cultures, however once they realised we were British all the staff made an effort to communicate with us in some way. At times this was frustrating especially when we arrived at the hotel and noone could understand we wanted to check in. But this was quickly rectified as the staff found someone who could speak English. This was a little off putting as we were tiered after travelling but i can honestly say this was the only 'blip'. The rest of the time the staff were very helpful. The food was lovely. Buffet was huge choice and catered for all tastes. For breakfast we mainly ate omelette, boiled egg, pancakes, fruit, rolls and jam. We often had lunch at the beach bar where you could get salads, burgers, chicken kebabs. We also ate at the pool snack bar where they served pizza and chicken nuggets (not really our taste but made a change) Evening meal was buffet with a mixture of salads, different meat, pasta, chips and all manner of turkish/Russian food. The desserts were amazing and I think i pretty much tried them all. The turkish desserts are very sweet and often nut based which was my favourite . We also ate at the Turkish restaurant which was delicious and quite luxurious. We don't eat fish so didnt try the other restaurant. The drinks are both local and international and my husband pretty much drunk Jack daniels the whole time we were there. Whereas I preferred the local gin. As with all inclusive resorts the measures are large and plentiful. The beach and pool were spotless and we had no trouble getting beds and often split our day between the two. Drinks were served to your bed and you could also get fruit, pastry and ice cream. Just incase you hadn't already eaten enough! The pool was a little cold but we were towards the end of the season but the sea was lovely. The room was very nice with huge comfortable bed, powerful shower, TV and balcony. There was somewhere to hang your bikini to dry which was a nice touch. The mini bar is free and restocked. The room is cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. There is a TV with 2 english channels but who wants to watch TV when your on holiday! There was a hair dryer but to be honest i took my own as the hotel hairdryers are never powerful enough for my hair but this did mean unplugging the tv (much to my husbands annoyance) due to the lack of plug sockets near a mirror. A very minor thing. The evening entertainment suited us with music in the main bar and if u wanted quiet you could sit outside the lobby. Apparently there mid night snacks available but we never managed to stay up that late as always shattered from the sun, food and booze! The hotel is located on a side of a mountain so the room, pool and beach were accessed by walking up/down slopes and stairs. There are buggies available to help but if you have any mobility issues this is not the hotel for you. By day 5 my calf muscles were certainly feeling it and I can imagine in the summer months this maybe more challenging. The hill to the pool was to steep to walk up so got a buggy and we never had to wait more than 5 mins for one to arrive. WiFi is available in the lobby but not around the hotel. This was a little inconvenient and maybe an issue for other English guests so this may benefit from being expanded across the complex. As a relaxing trip to enjoy the sun, food and booze this was lovely hotel. A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel who constantly tried to make the stay special, especially Burk who was definitely our favourites.
