  excelentes vacaciones

  es un lugar excepcional en todos los aspectos, tanto el lugar, los cuartos, el ambiente el personal es impecable en cuanto a su servicio y comunicación con los clientes, los restaurantes son muy buenos al igual que los alimentos y la variedad de sus productos, los espectáculos no se los pueden perder son excelentes en cuanto a calidad luz sonido e imaginación, El gimnasio también está increíble con todas las medidas de higiene necesarias obviamente el personal es muy atento y siempre pendiente de todo lo que usted pueda necesitar tanto en la sala, en la playa, en la piscina, en el servicio médico, en los restaurantes en los espectáculos en la discoteca la verdad un lugar que no debes perderte. Cada año es una visita obligada y nos da mucho gusto encontrarnos siempre entre tanta gente de calidad y cortesía como Ercan Ugurkan.

  Wonderful family holiday

  We have just returned from a safe 12 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It was our first visit here and the layout of the rooms and amenities in a village style with beautiful gardens and landscaped areas with quiet soft background music made it a very relaxing stay. We were in a standard family room. The rooms are small but perfectly equipped and very clean with daily bed/ towel changes. Lots of plug sockets in appropriate places!! The wardrobe space is in the hallway and is deceptive in size with fridge(replenished most days) and safe within that space. There was ample hanging, storage space and drawers for 4 adults. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs and it was nice having a kettle/ hospitality tray in the room. We spent most days going to Hawaiian or executive pools and always found a sunbed with plentiful supply of pool towels. The jetty area was popular and an early start to the day was required to bag a bed but worth it for the wonderful views. The food was without doubt the best all inclusive we have been to, the choice and quality was fantastic and served very safely due to Covid restrictions. The a la Carte restaurants were fabulous and all situated apart from the fish restaurant on a la Carte street which was lovely to wander down, we used the app to book them or the very helpful guest relation ladies. The choice of drinks including branded ones was very impressive. What really impressed us was the fabulous staff, they were so helpful and could not do enough for you. A special thank you to emir at the beach bar, rafet from the wen, cafer from the blue voyage and achmet from degusto. We feel very honoured that we were able to spend time at this hotel during these unprecedented times. The small touches like the bottle of champagne and fruit in our room on arrival, all the female guests being given a white rose at the danza bar before the fabulous monroe evening show, a phone call from guest relations asking if everything was ok made this holiday extra special.   Always and ever

  Our vacation went perfectly, the food, the area, the cleanness, the friendliness and the service was simply excellent. The evening shows were always a pleasure. I can only recommend this hotel ... and a big thank you goes to: Ayse Özdogan Tolga Erdogan Efekan Ahmet Karagöz Osman Pusat Ugurcan Kaan Adiyaman Turan Kizil Bayram Yavas Recep Basak Thank you guys, always a pleasure to go to this hotel.   Great holiday but room for improvement

  Came away with my partner for7 nights at the end of September. We had booked this as a last minute get away due to numerous cancellations due to Covid restrictions in other countries. First the great bits: The hotel feels extremely clean and all the relevant Covid procedures are in place. We felt very safe in and around the hotel. Masks are worn by all employees throughout the hotel and communal areas are constantly cleaned. We had booked one of the Lagoon swim-up rooms and all I can say is....WOW!! The rooms and swim-up areas are spectacular, we could not have asked for more. The Lagoon bar as well was incredible and the staff were incredibly attentive and knew our usual orders from the first day Buffet restaurant - this is excellent and a great option if you don't want to book a specific time at the A La Carte restaurants and has a huge amount of variety for breakfast and for dinner. Location - only a 15-minute taxi ride from Bodrum Marina, costs around £5 each way. A La Carte - large amount of choice varying from Mexican, Asian and Italian. We were told we had to book each restaurant to ensure we got a table, although even though the hotel was full the restaurants still had some spaces. We never had a problem if we wanted to get into a particular restaurant. Now for the disappointing aspects: The hotel staff spoke very little English and a lot of conversations were lost in translation, as a result, if myself or my partner requested something it would usually be wrong and we would need to then ask in a different manner. My partner has severe allergies, we informed the restaurant staff whenever we arrived at the restaurant however, due to the language barrier this was always a battle. In addition, the hotel's menus listed allergens when presenting food on the menu - although this was helpful the information was not always correct, meaning ordering food would be a struggle. It was only when we spoke to the leader of the Lagoon staff "Gulzat" that she sorted everything for us from then on and we had no issues after that. However, I am afraid that if we had not paid the extra to be in the luxurious room that our holiday would have been stressful. The hotel did not have an ATM machine, although there was one within 5 minutes it made it difficult to easily withdraw cash - especially when the machines were predominantly in Turkish. I want to give a special thanks to Gulzat who was amazing and rectified any issue or worries that we had. We would also like to thank Cihan and his assistant for always providing us with (too!) many drinks that were simply delicious. Their service was impeccable. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel, it is just the minor amendments that would, for us, allow it to be 5*! Thank you very much

  Best Holiday Ever!

  As a new parent (we came for our sons first birthday), I was very meticulous about checking reviews and photos and other comments on all of the hotels we were considering. This hotel was actually a dream for families. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were the best in the world (and we have travelled ALOT staying in luxury hotels). They were friendly and genuinely and absolutely adored kids. There were many young families like us and they had great facilities for children, including a food bar complete with bottle sterilisation units for young children. Honestly was the best holiday weve had (and we love luxury hotels). Already planning on coming back with friends next season.
