  We didn't plan to stay in Minsk, but we had to. This hotel was the first place we found on Internet. Not very modern, but pretty nice. The only thing we didn't like - we had to pay 10 EUR more for a night than was written on the website and were not explained why. Only after we paid the lady explained that the price was higher because we didn't book in advance. There was also no hot water in the hotel and no kettle in the room. As a result, the price was too high for the service we got in this hotel.

  Cheap however great

  An excellent choice for those looking for good-value hotel! The condition of the building and the yard inside and out is excellent. Very clean: without being asked they cleaned my room every day (linen and towel change also) The staff was very nice and polite all the time.

  Amazing value, pleasant stay

  While this isn't a four-star hotel in the traditional (expensive) sense, I rate them four stars anyway because they do what they promise to do, and they do it very well. It's clean and pleasant, an excellent value. While not centrally located, it's easily accessible by public transportation and it has the advantage of being just a few steps away from Medvezheno Forest Park, a large wooded area with meandering pathways, play areas, peace and serenity. The photos on the hotel's website accurately portray the building and rooms, though I did not have a refrigerator in mine. I stayed in a double room on the 5th floor, facing away from the street and particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bed with cozy comforter. The desk and two chairs provide reasonable comfort for working, in spite of poor internet performance. I didn't ask how many of the staff members speak English, but the woman who checked me out in the morning clearly knew enough to provide for the primary needs of a foreign guest. Everybody there seemed friendly, especially the lady who ran the cafe. But I don't recommend the cafe. They don't do enough business to have fresh food, and what you'll get is frozen stuff reheated in a microwave. There's a good restaurant called Ohota on the other side of the forest park, and I recommend that instead if you want to have lunch or dinner in the area. Like other Belarusian hotels of this class, they do not serve walk-in guests. If you want a room here, you should call in advance or book it on the internet. For the lowest price, use the internet.

  Pleasant stay, nice staff and hotel

  Nice hotel, easy to find (thanks to its special shape), situated near Kuntsevschina metro station (15-minute walk or 3 stops by bus, which stops a few metres from the hotel). Quiet surroundings, a few supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was pleasant, with 2 beds, a balcony, TV set, desk and chair, a big wardrobe and toilet with a shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Cleaned every day. There were some issues with their card payment terminal when I arrived, but it was OK the following morning. Wi-fi not very strong and reliable, had some problems to log in on one phone and I didn´t manage to log in on another telephone. The receptions desk girls nice and helpful, no problem I arrived before midnight, and the evening before my departure they arranged airport transfer for me - I was leaving at 4 a.m. If ever in Minsk again, I will definitely try to get accommodation here.
