  Heaven on Earth!

  We loved our staying at Voulamandis House!!! Is such a cozy B&B at Kampos!!! Totally value for money! Modern and comfortable, recently renovated, great yard with orange and tangerine trees! Also, is located 5min from the airport of Chios , 10 min from the beaches (Karfas, Megas Limionas, Agia Fotini) and 10 min from the center! So, is very convenient if you want to explore the island! Last but not least, The owners are very welcoming! They will make you feel at home!!! Cant wait for my next visit!

  Otel is mostly ok but before check in we asked if breakfast is included in the room price or not owner said it is included but day after we stayed he said not included and it was not an english problem i think ,you need to ask twice before check in

  Hidden gem of Chios

  Behind the high stone walls original for Kampos area you will find a hidden gem, splendid villa with a medieval Genovese architecture, laid behind 12.000 square meters orchard of orange trees. Traditional fountain with very nice resting areas spreaded around it, the impresionant genovese stair that get you to upper level terrace, the garden and all the details make you feel like beeing part of a wonderful story. Wonderful hosts, nice rooms, perfect position from where you can reach all the locations on the Chios island. Choose the largest roads on the map (don't trust Google Drive), relax and enjoy the beauty!

  We have stayed 2 nights in there. Room was very well decorated and functional, it was like suit room so our son can enjoyed its room and parents as different room. Room was big and very comfortable. Hotel inside was full of tangerine trees. Mr. Voulamandis was very kind and helpful, you can follow his suggestions for visiting places and beaches as according wind situation, wellness of beaches was changeable. We paid additional 8 euro and get breakfast, whic was worth it. if you like nature type hotel i suggest to stay there. Location is Kampos which roads Are mainly narrow but nice and peaceful area. its near to Karfas and Chios center if you have car. You can easily find place for parking in front of Hotel.

  Holiday at Kampos area of Chios

  If you want to spend a peaceful holiday in the middle of a huge citrus yard, open your window to bougainvilleas, wake up with roosters calls, have a breakfast under the shade of grapes hanging down on you from their branches, sleep in a homely atmosphere, then this is the place. You will be greeted with a very friendly Greek couple who will serve you a breakfast with eggs to your choice, cheese, fresh vegetables, Greek pastry and homemade marmelade made from the citrus trees of their huge garden. The rooms have high ceilings, lace curtains and wooden floor. This area of Chios has been occupied by Genoese back in the history. So while you drive towards the main road, you will be passing by the mansion-like homes and architecture all unique only to this area. If we were to visit Chios again, this place would be our 1st choice with no hesitation.
