  buena opcion aunque algo caro

  Buen hotel con desayuno muy completo, conexión WiFi, ubicado cerca del casco antiguo en un lugar tranquilo frente a una plaza. Personal de recepeción correcto, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, asi que en ese punto no hay quejas, salvo que el precio es algo elevado en mi opinión

  Top location, clean, midrange

  We stayed two nights in this hotel with young children. The room was small for all of us even booking the biggest option with a sofa-bed. The bathroom was very big but without any furniture, so we should place our bathroom things on the floor. Breakfast was limited and poor. Definetly NOT a continental breakfast missing basic things as fruits (only limited piece of oranges or apples), scrumbled eggs, bacon, chocolate, croissants were missing. We had a late check-in, arriving late to the railway-station so we requested a transfer from there to the hotel. We were informed that someon will wait for us at the station but, instead of waiting for us we waited for him around 15 minutes on the street at 23:10 with three chidren aged 6,4 and 1. Once in the minivan, the driver drove us to the wrong hotel!! After check-in we got to the room and altough it was a late check-out the sofa-bed for the children was still not prepared!!! We paid 1500 rubles for the transfer to the hotel and as compensation we got a piece of chocolate by check-out.

  Very comfortable room in Veliky Novgorod

  I stayed here for 1 night on my Exodus Moscow to St Petersburg trip. I was given a double room all to myself, which was ideal for me. The bed and pillow were both very comfortable, ensuring I slept very well each night. This stay followed a night on the overnight train from Moscow so I was very happy to have a quiet room with a comfortable bed and I slept very well. The bathroom had a powerful shower, which I really enjoyed. The free wifi could be easily accessed from my room and in all public places of the hotel. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice with great coffee. There is a large water dispenser in the reception where you can refill water bottles for free. The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the Kremlin and the town. I would stay here again if I find myself back in Veliky Novgorod as the location is ideal and the rooms very comfortable!

  A very good choise

  The hotel is more or less half way the Kremlin with most of the tourist sights and the train/bus station. In 15 min walk you can reach them. So its very convenient situated. The hotel is renovated, so everything is up to date and looks quite good. WiFi is good, reception is friendly and speaks English and the breakfast is okay, nothing special. If I visit Novgorod again, I definitely would stay here again.
