    Lovely hotel!

    Myself and my partner stayed in Prague for 3days/2nights. We stayed in this hotel and loved it. We booked one of the bigger rooms, the Deluxe room Vesuv. This included access to the spa area downstairs, which had: free use of lockers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, hot beds and a relaxation area. It was quite small, but a perfect additional which wasnt very busy. You could also order food and drinks at the touch of a bell, which gets bought round for you and added to your room bill to pay later on. It was a lovely addition which we enjoyed on an evening after a long day of walking. We also had access to the gym, which we didn't use, but the equipment looked great. The room itself was a great size ... decent bathroom, separate reception room with sofa and desk, and a huge bedroom! Bed was 2 queens pushed together, would have been better to just have one or two bigger beds, but the beds were comfortable. Complementary tea and coffee, as expected, and use of a safe, which was easy to use. Mini-bar in the room with drinks and snacks, which you have to pay for, but reasonable price. Lovely view too! The hotel surroundings were lovely and everything was clean and tidy. The restaurant was really good. We had breakfast included; breakfast was average, quite a good choice and options but food not quite like home. Evening meals in the restaurant, that we paid for, was absolutely fantastic! We ate in the hotel both nights and were not disappointed. Ordered some cocktails too which were amazing! Food and drinks were reasonable prices too! Would definitely recommend the sirloin steak! Best steak I've ever eaten ... and I've had steak in many countries. Staff are extremely polite, welcoming and helpful! 5stars for staff! This hotel seems like it's far our, but its between 10-20mins in a taxi for places we wanted to go, such as; the xmas market, town centre, shooting range, crazy golf, the zoo and the airport. So all in all the location was great. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to jump in a taxi with cheap prices. I would recommend using the app 'Bolt' for a taxi, its basically 'Uber' that we have at home. You can select the type of ride you want, which come at different prices depending on the comfort you want. We always went with the cheapest, which was perfect for us. It tells you how much it's going to be as soon as you select it so that's helpful. They take cash only. For a 20min drive we were looking around £8 sterling which is very cheap.

    Very neat and pleasant place

    Very nice hotel with amazing fitness room/equipment!!! Wellness area . Breakfast was ok eventhough missing some quality juice, but usual in Cz hotels unfortunately. Advise the room with bathtub in the room. Second stay in more standard room where sensor light of the AC was kinda disturbing in the darkness... But well that's rather a detail. Globally very clean and good quality/standard. Definitely recommanding for the ratio quality+amenities VS price.

    No hot water in the morning on the day I left :-( No shampoo at all in the room even when I asked cleaning lady for it :-( very average breakfast for **** hotel nice peacefull and quiet district to stay

    Fantastic hotel and spa

    The hotel lays in the middle of a greenbelt but still close to the town and you can feel safe even after dusk. The rooms are good sized, comfortable and quiet, even with some natural birdsong included we loved every morning. The restaurant beautiful and the meals are fabulous, especially the steak what was the best ever we have ever had in worldwide. The spa lovely and meet all of your expectations. All of the hotel staffs are very kind, helpful with perfect manner at all times. We are so grateful for the staff to make our stay feel like a king and queen, especially to the manager Marián who was so understanding and helpful since our arrival and during our stay to the end of our leaving, to the housekeeper Ruzena who always greeted us with smiling and asked if we need anything extra at all, to the breakfast waitresses Tatana and Hanicka who both learn instantly our special needs and to the waiter Peter whom, despite of the prejudiced of his tattooed arms, his manner was impressive. Thank you all for our wonderful stay at Volcano Hotel, you made us come back again and encouraging everyone to choose your hotel.

    One day Tripp in Prague

    Hotel is inserted in a park, really calm and noiseless. Close to the bus station and to a commercial centre. Old town can be reached in 20 minutes by car Or by metro. Staff are very nice and polite. Buffet Breakfast is tasty and fresh.
