  Excellent vacation

  The hotel is very nice; full of green trees and beautiful flowers. Also, the architecture of the building is interesting because it looks like from ancient times. Food in the restaurant was delicious and there had been thematic dinners; for example typical food of Calabria. The beach was beautiful and the sea - crystal clear. There were always free seats on the beach and also around the pool, which was great. The animation team was excellent. All of them were very nice, friendly, talkative and funny. They did amazing night shows full of singing, dancing, and humor. Plus, if someone wasn't interested, he could go to the bar, where was a live band and they played amazingly! Moreover, after the show, there was a disco or the live band. Both playing songs for dancing. There were many activities during the day, so everyone could find something for themselves. I had spent my time in a teenage club (for 13-17 years old). Thanks to all the people I met and thanks to two amazing animators of the young - Antonio and Emanuela - I had very very great time there.

  Good 4* resort with great animation team

  You can expect the reliability of a good 4* resort, even by the high European standards - Stable warm water in the bath, good cleanliness everywhere including at the beach and swimming pool, good food variety and quality for breakfast, lunch and dinner, .... As for the all inclusive, though there should be more variety at the beach bar snacks, it includes so many great things that it is an unquestionable yes. This resort excels at the awesome animaiton team which does a great job and makes you feel really welcome. Clear 6* for the great stretching and gyms trainner Arianna and for the archery teacher Angelo - they're really great.

  Do you like rules during holidays? go there...if you prefer a normal relaxed environment and run away from Voi Floriana

  Pros: very well located, 20 meters from the beach sea water temperature warm transparent sea water, possible to see a lot of fishes splendid view from beach bar big and clean pool good gym with natural light and glass windows lots of gardens, greens, flowers specific room for babies, with specific food rent a car and visit pizzo, tropea, schilla and regio calabria: true paradises Cons, from a portuguese point of view: - arrival time at 5 am, no food or drinks available, neither to buy, mini bar in the room not filled in, room service not available - reception staff wanted to keep identity cards - rooms and toilets very small, totally different form the images - all rooms and toilettes with stupid pillars in the center - humidity in the rooms - poor breakfast very few options and the same for the all week - fruits not laminated - very few greens and most of them not fresh, mostly frozen - meal schedule not adequate to holidays (breakfast closes at 10 am and dinner at 9.15 pm) - all inclusive is not all inclusive. Drinks included are very poor. Expresso is not even included - beach bar and terrace bar with schedules. if you ask for a drink one minute later drink is not served and if you want it you need to pay it, even if one - desserts globally poor - you cannot choose were to sit at the restaurant: need to be on the same table for the 7 days and 3 meals a day - daily snacks very poor (in the morning and in the afternoon) the same for the 7 days - very bad pizza, always the same pizza - ice-creams served 2 in 14 meals (Italy = ice cream country) - gym with schedules - employees are not english speakers at all - very bad service, based on non understandable rules - night shows very poor in terms of content and performance - night shows only spoken in italian and german - in case you want to change towels need to pay 2 euros each - lifeguard in the pool constantly whistling for no reason - beach beds in first and second line not available, even if no one at the beach - Abreu travel agency representative too young/green/not helpful - excursions price totally inadequate - they ask for 30 euros to bring the car rented from the airport to the hotel, but then car is there at the hotel for several days for different clients and they continue to charge the 30 euros (110 euros for a day is outrageous) @NON VOI FLORIANA: did we forgot something? can you please add your photos?

  Family holidays with an infant

  allora...i would definitely come back and thats enough said. we prebooked the infant room, the stroller all the stuff your baby needs and it was very pleasant. baby room was filled with baby food, toys etc. one letdown was on 3rd day when we were told its shitdown as its after peak season and we paid a lot of money for it, but staff told us that we can have anything we want delivered directly to our room. including nappies, tissues...you name it. food was well too although coming after season you might get used to sharing baby/family hotel with dozens of german seniors. not pleasant during lunch or dinner. sea and access again very suitable for babies. staff was very kind and polite, helpful at times.Grazie Voi Floriana!

  Family holidays

  The hotel is well equipped for toddlers. You can book stroller, baby cot and you can also use "biberoneria" which is kitchen with baby food where you can take whatever you need for the kid (even nappies). Rooms were quite small but you do not spend your time in the room on vacation. I recommend for families with small kids because you don't have to take anything here.
