  The ideal place for holiday

  We had already the second great holiday in the hotel. Beautiful surrounding, excellent service, nice and friendly people. Sun and sea and relax. Also fine destination to start exploration of north east of Sicily. Thank you!

  rude animators

  + nice hotel/nice rooms, excelent food, very nice beach, kind reception and waiters - extremely rude animators to foreign guest, they could be great for Italian, but they are very very inpolite to english speaking quests. They totaly ignore you, for example if you lie between to italian they just skip you with program, or cards or sport staff and this makes feeling that you are not welcome. So, if you are english speaking quest choose something else.

  Summer chill out

  nice family resort situated in large garden with all necessary you need for spending family vacation..clean,comfortable,depending of location of your room or overal "chalet" sometimes noisy due daily animation programs...if we talk about hotel & its overal conditions,really nice,comfortable,not big resort,clean,perfect and variable kitchen...if you look for any kind of amusment and you are not italian,offered animation for you and children is led only in local language... it is comprehensible as 90% of visitors are from Italy,but then you feel a bit out of "family"... next thing is:if you want to travel a bit,i recommend to rent a car,there is rental office placed directly in hotel available in morning & evening hours => having only the portfolio of cars from Renault..on places where hotel is settled,nothing really interesting in its sourrandings..if you like to visit mountains, there is voulcano of Etna (better to return by highway in direction to Catania & start to discover Etna from that point) or several typical mountanious villages. We wanted to find other kind of beaches we had next to hotel,we decided to drive in direction to Palermo. I recommend to use highway despite the regular payment as used in whole Italy bcs local routes are full of local cars and you spend over there a lot of time in smaller & bigger traffics. Beaches were not as we expected but finally not so bad,but comparing Greece only avarage level...

  Lovely relaxed resort

  This resort is catering for Italians which was nice, it isn't a typical Spanish resort that's packed in Aug. We were the only English speakers in the resort which was a change as we normally go to Spain which are packed and getting very crowded IMO. This resort was different, plenty of empty sun beds. Restaurant wasn't busy, no waiting to be seated, could get served at the bar. All the things that put us off going back to Majorca Beach was nice, long sandy beach, with plenty of space. Small stones as you enter the water which the kids didn't like and it does drop off quite quickly once your in. Food was good, very Italian as you'd expect, so if you like various Pasta dishes with grilled Veg and salad then you'll love it. The quality was great, but not as much variety as we've seen at other hotel. Overall very good. The All inclusive drinks selection was disappointing, Not many branded drinks, No G&T's and no cocktails !! You could pay extra for these but not what we've come to expect from AI packages. The kids activities we're ok, but didn't seem as organised or extensive as other resorts run by the big Tour operators. Everything was done in Italian with little English. Again this is too be expected as its primarily catering for Italian guests In Summary, this is a lovely relaxed resort, the staff and facilities are great, and its very different feel to the big Spanish resorts and this is why we went. So if you want to get away from the crowds give it a go.

  Family week

  Pros...very nice area especially main area with swimming pools, restaurants, large family room, hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned on daily basis, short walk through pines to the beach which has good access to the sea, even with babies, lunch and dinner choices are nice, lots of seafood, pasta, cakes and some veggies and fruit. Staff is nice even to other nationalities, no problem with almost anything and always happy to answer our calls Cons...shower is extremely small, there is a geriatric party 5 times per week meaning 21.30 till 24.00 there is really loud show for older guests located in the main building (I think it could be heard in Napoli). Breakfast selection is not great but sufficient. More fruits would certainly be suitable. All inclusive is something that needs an upgrade, to not have a wine in Italy included through the day is to me weird. Only very small selection of drinks is available so we went to local market and bought what we needed.
