  Muchísimo ruido en la habitación

  La musica ambiental es sumamente fuerte, hablamos a recepción para pedir le bajaran el volumen y fuimos totalmente ignorados. Se escucha en la habitación como si estuvieras en un bar. Terrible queríamos despertar hasta tarde y no pudimos por la música. Nunca regresaremos.

  Great experience! Highly recommend.

  The front desk staff made sure we had a wonderful time. They really went the extra mile to make my partner feel special during her birthday weekend. The rooms have a lot of tech friendly upgrades that makes for an easy and wonderful stay. The market has the basic essentials to cook a meal if you want to stay in.

  Lied about the room

  It took 45 mins to check in and once we got to the room we got a deluxe room facing the courtyard which what it says exactly on their website... the problem is we booked a premier room that should have a view of the vineyard. I called the front desk and they told me its def a premier room... how? It fits the exact description of a deluxe room in your website. Stop misrepresenting your rooms to get more money from people. Lots of incompetence and inconsistencies also with the wine tasting that should be included. The guy the checked us in flat out lied and said its the wine in the room and they another lady said it needs to be booked in advance. This place really sucks! Dont book here. Their manager doesnt even help.

  Not exactly luxurious

  First of all the property is beautiful. Massage was amazing. In room dining had long waits and didnt answer when called on multiple occasions. Dining was by reservation and limited, often had to get takeout and bring back to our room as in room dining had waits exceeding 1.5 hours often. Asked for new towels twice during our stay and they never came. The worst was even after requesting a quiet room someone with a dog was placed next to us and the hotel was definitely not full. The dog barked and whined all night. Finally called in the am to address the issue and the woman answering the phone was quite rude and never apologized. Said she would call back and a hour later dog was still whining and barking because the owners left it in the room. I called again and was told security would address, still whined and barked for another hour. That second day and night was not relaxing. The customer service was definitely lacking for a high end resort. I am not a complainer but this was disappointing.

  A Beautiful Resort with Great Accommodations

  This was our first time visiting Napa and we were so happy with not only our choice of wineries to visit but our hotel as well! Vista Collina Resort is a beautiful property with an incredible staff. We checked in to a beautiful suite which had a bottle of wine ready for us. The room had two balconies that had a view of their vineyard and overlooked the courtyard area also known as "The Village". This area had a large lawn area with a food truck, seating (spaced apart for social distancing), firepits, and games for guests and their loved ones. Surrounding this area were several different tasting rooms for wine or beer as well as a little marketplace which housed a coffeeshop, deli, & mini convenience store where you could buy snacks and drinks for your room. Our room was very clean. Even before COVID, I would wipe down any room we were staying in just to be extra safe and sanitary. I did the same here and was in awe of their standard of cleanliness. The room was spotless! When looking for recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and other things to do, the staff at Vista Collina was always ready to help. When we ordered room service or towels to the room, we received it within minutes. We are already planning our next trip to Napa & definitely plan on staying here again. I felt like it was our home away from home.
