  Great hotel

  Home today after staying 2 nights. We had room 15 right at the top. Be prepared to huff lol just makes me more determined to get fit. I really like the decor its different and really nice. The owner was wonderful served us a pint at the end of a night on the town. We really enjoyed it the bed was very comfortable with beautiful clean bedding. We arrived early and was allowed to check in I know many hotels in Blackpool dont allow this. I have nothing but positive to say. Thank you for a lovley stay

  Simbas birthday weekend

  Just had a fantastic 3 night's at Vinnies... Made to feel so welcome by Dave the owner (the real boss is his youngest son Vinny but don't tell him that) clean rooms, lovely fair priced bar and Dave couldn't do enough for us, including setting up a birthday table with cake, balloons and decorations for us while we were out for a meal and going out to get extra peroni for...ahem me ... Well recommended if you are looking for somewhere right on the sea front

  No refund

  We booked this hotel through booking .com and on arrival found out our allocated room was on the fourth floor up a very narrow staircase. As the purpose of our break was for my wife to relax before going into hospital for major heart surgery, I explained to the owner David that the room was totally unsuitable as my wife could not make the stairs. So even though we had just arrived and not even stayed in the room when I explained that the room was not suitable David did help us get other accommodation but said he could not give us a refund unless he re-let the rooms yet at the time of booking it was stated clearly that no money would be taken from my card until we arrived yet the full amount was taken from my card the day before we arrived by Vinnies As David got us accommodation next door we noticed that Vinnies had no vacancies signs up three out of four nights but they only refunded us for two nights. When I tried to contact booking.com it came up with Vinnies family hotel email address so I sent an email to Vinnies who then forwarded it to booking .com up until now I have had no response from booking .com and David at Vinnies said it was company policy that they could only give a refund if they relet the rooms. I as see it the money did not belong to David at Vinnies as we never got the chance to stay there and as I said it clearly stated that no money would be taken until we arrived . So I am writing this to let others know to be aware booking .com do not want to know and some hotel policies can only refund you ,your own money if they relet the rooms even if you don't stay there with them

  Lovely family hotel.

  Stayed at Vinnies for 4 nights with my son and it's such a nice hotel, on the sea front close to everything and love that have a kids corner in the bar area, Bed was comfortable and owners are very welcoming we will be back again, thanks for a lovely stay!

  Lovely

  We stayed here for three nights and really loved it. We booked out room 7 which had a lovely see view and the guys had created a nice seating areas for us to enjoy . The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We would recommend to anyone and hope to be back
