  Everything superb except the location

  A great place for a family of 4 and upto 6. Each Villa has three bed rooms - two on ground floor and one on first floor. We needed two bed rooms so we chose two on ground floor. Accommodation - modern fittings, comfortable beds, pillows and linen. Semi-open shower and bath tub is great. The pool is the main attraction which is well maintained and accessible from common room. Service and Staff - Excellent room service and staff. Breakfast options, and quality of food is great. See attached menu of breakfast and all day dining. Costs are reasonable. There is a Spa with 20% discounts for guests but is available outside in much lesser costs. Location - there are no convenience stores, money changer or restaurants nearby in walkable distance. Although there is a shuttle and most of the time hotel provide drop off to nearby areas. One has to take a cab for return. In the evening, the way to villa is dark and not walkable. Complementary Airport transfer is a plus.

  WOW!

  Wow. What can I say? probably the best stay we have ever had. Vinila is on a complex of 3 and 4 bedroom villas but you cannot tell from how seculded you feel inside your villa. On the outside the driveway is shared with another hotel which makes it cramped. It is always full of hotel transport but this does not deter from the villa itself which is stunning. The rooms are laid out so that every room has a view of the pool with floor to ceiling glass doors that open on to the pool. The lounge also opens straight into the pool. It was at times hard to speak to staff over the phone because of the language barrier, but we got through it and the service was impeccible. Only issues we had was my son had probems closing his door which had to be fixed, and then his curtains but that was fixed also. The resort provide transport into town and the beach which you can book free of charge. Only problem is, they only do one way, so you have to pay to return. You can order your meals to your villa which most people seemed to do, however, order dinner early or they may run out of what you want. Also the best sleep I've had on holiday! All in all one of the best places we have ever stayed.

  Amazing

  Everything is superb and top notch, me and my family are in love with this villa. From the rooms inside the villa, living room areas, the pool, the staffs, so good. We definitely will come back here on our next visit.

  Vanila villa Nusa Dua

  Wow what can I say the Vanila Villa is nothing short of exception 5 star villas and the service is 5 star from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty absolutey nothing is a problem or a bother to the amazing friendly staff the most kind caring. Polite and humble people we have ever had the pleasure to meet the manager Tina is one of the greatest assets to the Vanila villas its my and my partners 10 year anniversary today and there is no place we would rather be we are in Villa 9 its pure opulence from the staff to the room service every attention to detail is delivered with pure love and happiness from all the staff they go above and beyond to meet your needs make sure your happy and if you need something they do it with a beautiful smile on their face We have been absolutely spoiled with our beautiful stay and look forward to the next few days here I highly recommend these beautiful villas to anyone Its 5 star accomodation service and treatment at all time A big thank you to Tina and all the amazing staff that make Vanila Villa what is it Its been a real delightful treat to stay here And we will definitely be Coming back again And the 24 hour butler service and transport to anywhere in the Nusa Dua area is just another special touch from the amazing team at Vanila Villa a Love the rose petals on the bed the roses petals in the bathroom feeling like a beautiful queen So much respect and graftitude to each and every person who makes this a true 5 star experience So peaceful and very romantic Samantha and Adam Best anniversary stay

  A Very Good Holiday

  Having stayed in previous Villa's this Villa was a little unconventional in its layout being separate living and bedroom module's. Still ok but not our best experience. Our Villa # 1 was a little tired, but more importantly there were safety issues, the bedroom floor coverings had curled along all of the edges making a huge trip potential. The large outside pool deck was very dangerous in that the planks were loose and not secured to the lower frame due to rot. In more than one location the planks would rise 250mm in the air when walked upon.Maintenance was a big issue. The staff were excellent, caring, helpful and best of all hospitable. The food was also good and delivered to our villa in a very timely manner. The location is not too bad but it is not really walkable to the main Nusa Dua areas, the Villas staff do drive you as requested to the local areas at no cost and you then taxi back. We had a lovely holiday Nusa Dua is a lovely place.
