  Honeymoon overnight stay -LOVELY

  I loved bed our stay here. The breakfast was very nice, good variety. I loved our room. Clean and quaint. Yes, close to road, but never heard traffic. The smell of eucalyptus was intoxicating! A covey iof quail greeted us in the garden area. I really enjoyed our stay here. Janet is great! Thank you.

  Disappointing, overpriced

  This is harvest season in the wine country so lodging is at a premium. I understand that hotels can charge high prices due to high demand, but $490 for two nights at this place was ridiculous. There were a couple of positives: a warm welcome and efficient check-in, cute decor and an OK breakfast. The negatives: motel is located right off a busy highway and there was significant highway noise at night. The guest room windows are only eight feet away from the parking spaces, which are not assigned to specific rooms. In our case, another guest departed at 5 AM, so his noisy departure was literally steps away from our bed. The hair dryer base came off the wall when I removed the hair dryer. When we returned to our room Saturday night, the housekeeping person had left no clean towels and there was no one available at the front desk to give us towels. The TV set featured only seven channels.

  Value not luxury

  Dont expect anything fancy. Its small, dated but clean and has the basics. Bed, shower, dresser, iron, blow dryer. Only 4 tv channels but thats not why we came to Sonoma. The inn keeper is wonderful, helpful and funny. Id stay here again.

  Best Service Ever!

  This was our first visit to the hotel. On our second day in Sonoma, I had an accident and was hospitalized. Janet Hayden, the front desk manager, was so very helpful to husband and me. She facilitated a change of rooms to one that was accessible to me. Our 2 day stay turned into about a week. I loved the rooms and the accessibility and most of all I loved Janet! We plan on visiting this hotel again in the future and taking advantage of the pool and common areas - which looked quaint and enjoyable. Thank you Janet!

  Location good

  The Front desk lady very nice , location good right off freeway but Can hear everything door not sealed, there is no thermostat to control temp in room. Found moth and spider web in room. only gas station across the street no restaurant or grocery store close
