  Rozczarowanie/Disappointment

  Prezent dla rodzicow okazal sie porazka. Bardzo slaba obsluga klienta, ostatecznie rodzice nawet nie wykorzystali wykupionego posilku, woleli pojsc do restauracji obok. Jedzenie rodzicom nie smakowalo, zwlaszcza wolowina. Napewno juz do Vincenta nie wroca. Czytalam poprzednie komentarze...i teraz wszystko jest jasne...jak najdalej od Vincenta! Probowalam sie dodzwonic na recepcje kilkakrotnie,ale bez skutku ...a szkoda. It was a present for my parents which appeared to be one big disappointment.Poor customer service. My parents didn't even use all meals as they were fed up of a poor choice and food quality and waiting time.My parents didn't like the food, specially beef dish.Definitely , we won't be back. I checked the other reviews and people are right...stay away from Vincent. Also, receptionist doesn't answer phone calls . I rang them 4 times without success.

  Never book the Xmas package

  This Hotel is not really very comfortable. The previous critics do not show the real circumstances. Food is not the best, no sauces were used. But sometimes food can be good as well, it always depends therefore be careful. All adds are very expansive, best take your own stuff. Service is to quick. Plates are being removed before finishing the dish.The best thing was the floor heating in the bathroom. Be careful with the room booking. The hotel does not make any different prices for different room sizes, therefore always ask for the big rooms if not available take another hotel. It was definitely not a 4 star hotel. Be careful and do not get ripped off

  Nice New Year Eve

  We spent for the 3rd or 4th time the New Year Celebration in this house. One of the most recommended in Kazimierz, both the hotel (quiet, butique-like, pretty comfortable, and with friendly service staff) and the restaurant (not anymore named Kuchnia i Wino, but Botanica instead, to underline vegan-friendly approach). Nice selection of wines in addition, and very good breakfast. We enjoyed our time as usuall, looking forward to do it again :)

  Extraordinary Polish hotel!

  Service perfect, comfortable bed, basic things brought everyday by cleaning lady. The staff generally very nice and professional. Room spacious and set to our needs as asked. Would recommend to families and even couples! 5/5

  What a found, to go to again, definitely!

  With friends we explored the region and arrived here. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed some great food. The wine was delicious too. We highly recommend Vincent! When you look at the photos you know why...
