  Nice and homely .

  Stayed only for a night, and wished I could have stayed longer. Good ambience and decorated, and rightly so as it's designed by an architect. Cooking facilities seem to be available and a simple meal with purchased ingredients should be no problem. Well maintained place and will come again.

  Homely stay

  This villa gave a good impression & was warm welcome upon my arrival by Ain/staff working there who is in-charge of overall. My booking was well received by Mr Jeff & was accommodate throughout my stay there for few days. Overall, the villa was well maintained in cleanliness, service & most importantly was given a feeling that staying at own house. There were minor dissatisfaction but overall I enjoyed my privacy and stay here. I'll be visiting Penang near future & will drop by to stay here again. I have recommended and shared my experience with my friends and everyone was excited to visit this villa. Mr Jeff, your dad really has a good taste on the designs & interior. Keep it up & all the best. ~DS

  Having to visit the place for some event, knowing wont be in the room for most of the time therefore decides to stay at Vince Villa. Quite a Homely atmosphere and feel i was at home ! room and bathroom are clean. Would stay again if i were to visit bukit mertajam again.

  Not worth the money

  Arrived half past 3 and after ringing the bell waited in the scorching heat for at least half and hour. I texted the guy I booked with and he gave an alternative number and it went to voice note and the person didn't even bother to return call. Booked luxury penthouse -nothing luxurious about it. Very cramped and not even one table to put our bags. Everything had to be on the floor -especially the 1st floor. The ceiling is low and I hit my head twice. There's no alert notice for warning. Only 1 miserable iron which is kept near reception. Light switches are all inside the reception counter and not accessible so I was practically ironing in the dark. Stayed in suite for 4 but only 2 cups were available in room. Bottled water too. Had to request everything even towels. Should hv been kept in room before guests arrive. One miserable kettle near reception. You take a chance as the water you boil will be taken by someone else. I had to reboil again. Overrated as good. Not worth the money at all. Wasted RM 500++. Could have got a better deal at a hotel where someone is always at the reception. The girl in charge gave instructions to press a calling bell but after the 5th time she comes out. Foreigner with no training at all. Expected more from this place. Sheer disappointment.

  Good To Stay

  You will be surprised with the deco in the villa. A lot of plant and nice deco in the villa itself just like enter a theme hotel. Room is clean and nice for the short trip in BM. A villa that worth to try which you will want to extend your stay here
