  CANCELLED 3 BOOKINGS - DON'T ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS

  I made 3 bookings via booking.com and each one was cancelled. I made several telephone calls direct to the villas - no answer each time and my messages were not responded to. I emailed them via booking.com and direct and via their enquiry form but received no response. I even offered to put sizeable deposits down and to pay in full one month before arrival - again, no response. Needless to say, I won't be using them again and would advise you to do the same - shocking customer service which has left around 30 people disappointed. BOOK ELSEWHERE!!

  Do not use!!!!!!

  Cancelled my booking and dont return emails or pick up their phone or answer voice mails. Total silence. Amateurs. Book elsewhere and ensure that your hard-earned money is not spent on disappointment!!

  Don't do it!

  The complex consists of four or so beautiful villas high up in the hills from Marbella. Our villa had 5 apartments, and we had use of a shared living room and pool. The room was nice, big and clean, with a nice bathroom. That's the good news. Booking.com told us to contact the host, by phone or email, to find out how to get the keys. Our host responded, finally, a couple of hours before our arrival and said to call him when we were close. We made our way through the bird poop to the multiple stairs to our room, with our 3 cases. The next morning my wife got through 3 minutes of shower before it went stone cold. We called, our host came over, went and got a step ladder, looked at the hot water tank, and said he'd get it fixed. Meanwhile, my wife, with towel wrapped around and hair with shampoo waited in vain, and I still needed a shower. Before he could leave, I asked if we could use another room to shower. He went away for ten minutes, then let me into another room. We left it that if he couldn't get ours repaired, he would offer me another room, or "see what he could do" with my request to keep our room, but just go to another room for our second and last night, to shower (so we wouldn't have to spend another hour packing up and moving for one night). We got home at midnight. He had not contacted us all day. We decided to take midnight showers, and three minutes later, the water was cold!!! In the morning as we checked out, he said he had tried it again and it was hot so he thought it had magically fixed itself. DUH!!! The real problem is that the hot water tank is woefully inadequate for the room. He agreed, and said he'd have to get another tank. We were on an extremely tight schedule and his attempts had cost us a valuable hour of our holiday. I told him we had paid for a room with a shower and hot water and he hadn't delivered, and so he should give us a partial refund. He said "I cannot do that." I said I would write him up on every travel site to warn others that the hot water doesn't work, and that he might seem charming when you meet a him, but he is unresponsive and uninterested if you have problems. Don't take the risk. Go elsewhere.

  Owner is deceptive

  This villa was booked for 10 girls. The booking confirmed this villa was booked. When we arrived the owner said that only 8 could stay in the villa and that two had to stay in "the house" A completely seperate building. He told us there were other people booked into the villa. Then said we would have to pay extra to all stay together. There were no "other people" but when he threatened that we couldn't stay at all we reluctantly paid the extra. The fridge doesn't work and really smelled! It is also in the middle of no where. There are no shops or restaurants within walking. No uber/my taxi could find us and some just didn't arrive. Port Banus is much closer than Marbella. I would avoid unless you have a car and are VERY clear about the booking.
