  Andando a cualquier sitio

  Pasé cinco días muy agradables aquí. Teníamos una habitación pequeña, cocina con lavavajillas y una cama de matrimonio. Sin embargo, me habría gustado que el baño hubiese estado mejor. No obstante, el apartamento estaba impecable y Robin y su personal de recepción fueron muy serviciales en cuanto a la habitación y a la información de la ciudad. Buen estacionamiento fuera en la calle y de fácil entrada y salida. Muy cerca de la Plaza, de restaurantes, de Albertsons y de Sprouts. La gasolinera está a unos 5 km. Es un sitio estupendo con un gran servicio muy cerca del centro. Tenemos que volver porque es imposible hacer justicia a esta maravillosa ciudad.

  Tres dias en Santa Fe

  El hotel muy limpio y el personal muy agradable, eso sí, en tres dias que estuvimos no nos hicieron la habitación y para colmo nos hicieron pagar 10 dólares diarios obligatoriamente por el uso del wifi, la piscina y el spa. Era invierno y no llevábamos bañador

  Traveling seniors

  The unit was very clean, the king size bed very comfortable, but the livingroom/kitchen area was small. The chairs for the kitchen table were to low. Had to use a pillow to sit. I was not happy that I had to pay a resort fee of $14.95 per day for amenities that we were not able to use. Swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room were closed do to the corona virus. Because of that the resort fee should have been reduced or eliminated.

  Paying for amenities you don't get

  Microwave not cleaned before arrival, charged 12.50 a day to not be able to use the pool or fitness center, and just treated like it didn't matter by the front desk. when i told them i think it's garbage you are charging me for amenities i can't use i was reminded that it also is for parking and pool table and some other kind of outdoor sport that was never used. you go to a resort when it's 90 degrees to be able to use a pool. i have no problem with it being shutdown for COVID, i have an issue with you charging me for all the amenities that were not in use. and claiming parking was in there was laughable since there are signs every 4 feet that you park at your own risk and it's not the resorts fault if someone breaks into your car. customer service was of no thought to this resort. it was almost like they looked for every way possible to nickel and dime you. and what resort in 2020 can claim to be top notch without HD tv? especially since you are charging me a fee to basically walk around i think you could spring for HD tv....at least something would have been upgraded then.

  Just all around not good

  First off, I have to say that I am a Diamond owner who happened to rent here. I am truly disappointed. I stayed at this place because we wanted to enjoy home cooking. We arrived and found the grounds clean and well kept. The staff had locked the doors shortly before the time they had posted (9:58 pm) which was annoying but fine because they opened the doors within a minute or two (but not before panic set in). We had an easy check in with polite staff. The room really needed updating with the furniture and couches. The chair had what looked like a drop of old blood but who knows. We began to to get comfortable, took off our shoes and the carpet was wet near the couches, yuck. Went into the bedroom, wet carpet, gross. To have to wear your shoes in your hotel room at ALL times is pretty sad. Beds were clean and comfortable. Showered in the morning to find that the drain did NOT drain, and therefore I showered with feet and ankles completely covered in water. I called down, they agreed to send a maintenance worker but my response was that I would rather check out. Hopefully its clean wet carpet, but who knows? If youve cleaned the carpet, dont rent for a day. Thats just gross. Save yourself a bad review. Also, the owners certainly pay exorbitant annual maintenance fees, keep the furniture updated and clean. Theyre not going to appreciate the poor reviews.
