  Just avoid this hotel

  Rooms are the worst I have seen in a 3 star hotel. Bed sheet were dirty. Bed was broken. They stopped the heating arounf 12 a clock in the night and never starts until 7 o'clock in the morning. They had several complains about heating from everybody in the group and they did nothing. Breakfast you get minimum, its by far what is requiered for a "3 star hotel breakfast". Dinner feels like a social canteen. Pictures from the official site do not reflect the reality.

  Average. In big need of renovation.

  Not the best. Campo Smith is much better. The whole place is as basic looking as you can get, and it reminds you of the 90s and of schools. It is very busy, even in the summer, although not heaving. Room is basic, and the bedside lamps weren't working, so we had to use the main light. Bathroom normal. We could only find one socket in the whole room, first time ever. Balcony is large, but doesn't offer a massively pleasant view, at least from the back of the hotel. Breakfast is quite disappointing and very basic. Not much to offer. No hot food at all. Not even eggs. We had to wait 5 minutes for someone to bring more spoons. The bar is dated, but it's fine. TV there showing football matches, like Chievo vs Juventus when we were there. Location is great. Opposite the hotel is a basketball/mini football pitch which is good, and the hotel let us borrow a football to play there. Also opposite the Villaggio Olimpico is a walking trail that goes up to Forte Bramafam(worth a visit) and Pian del Sole. The hotel's pack lunch is good fair play. Two half baguettes, a biscuity snack, an apple and a bottle of water. Staff are ok, not awfully kind, but not rude.

  Okay for non-picky schoolkids, I guess.

  We were hosted in the hotel for the scientific event, as a big group of about 100, in Januray 2019. + Close to the slopes and not far from train station + Not very expensive 0 Food is "from-OK-to-good", "all you can eat". Poor choice of vegetatian options - NO WIFI - Very poor insulation -> very cold, escpecially during the night - Very poor sound isolation + loud music in the bar until after midnight = bad night sleep - Unresponsive staff - No possibility to get iron and ironing board - Rooms are very basic and a lot of furniture shows tear and wear - Breakfasts are low in choice and have no day-to-day variety

  School trip visit

  Previous reviews talk of kids running around at night, crowded noisy restauraunt and lack of WiFi. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel put our group all in the same corridor, which meant we could minimise the noise from the rest of the hotel. The restauraunt is crowded, but good food and good service is provided. No WiFi was working during our visit. Staff were helpful and there were little extras for the kids.

  If you want sleep do not stay here

  All you can hear all night till 12am is awful karokee in your room. It's impossible to sleep. If you do stay here make sure you bring sleeping meds and noise cancelling headphone unless all you want to do is party and not sleep.
