  Pocas area de diversion y las piscinas para ninos cerradas en nuestra permanencia, fue necesario ir al otro resort. Los representantes de RCI, no tenian buen manejo de las diferentes opcines que ofrecieron.

  este desarrollo tiene buen ambiente familiar y excelentes actividades para los niños, es bastante cómodo el que cuenten con un parque acuático con toboganes, muy cerca de Tyler y de Dallas para visitar puntos de interés

  Get away

  Family Friendly resort Friendly staff although due to covid19 water park some other parts of the functions were closed. They provide lots of other outdoor activities for families. We have stayed at this resort many time over the years.

  Quiet Christmas vacation 2020

  Our family chose this hotel because of indoor water park for the Christmas week. However, the water park was open only Sat & Sun; we had a chance to use it only Sun. Without water park, it was getting a little boring although the resort offered basic sport activities. Finding restaurants near the resort was very tough (limited choices around the area). Milano's Pizza offered excellent food. Otherwise, we had to drive (20-25mins one-way) to Tyler (nearest big city) for more options. All staff members were extremely friendly. The resort was festive, providing a lot of Christmas spirits. We will come back to this resort in Summer.

  Disgusting!

  We had a 2 bedroom condo. The filth in this place is indescribable! When u walk in you smell a very odd odor like mold mix with dirty dogs. Dog hair was everywhere! Dogs on the property that is suppose to be non pet friendly. Human hair all in the tub. Imagine pulling that out prior to getting ready to relax.. not a little but alot! I reported my displeasure to management and was offered different room and soon as I walk in the door to the AC unit is hanging out the ceiling. Call back and placed on a long hold to be told they repairing the AC and to wait 1 hr. I asked for the tub to be clean and to disregard transfer, housekeeping came with a toilet brush, broom and spray. I am not sure how that was suppose to thoroughly clean the filthy tub! The dust throughout this condo was horrendous! We literally woke up with sinus issues. I will give service a 0. I told the staff about the tub on day 1 and it was not taken care of till in person, the. To transfer to another room that staff are not aware of what is going on on the property shows lack of communication! We could not even enjoy our vacation due to how nasty everything was. If this is considered clean during COVID days I can't imagine a NON COVID DAY. WE WILL BE CHECKING OUT EARLY and never return to this location! Nor recommending. I am surprised that IHG find this acceptable to have a resort that compares to the worst days inn u can find in the state of Texas. For timeshare holders this place is a waste of your dollars I could never contribute to such disgusting place.
