Rude staff, difficult location to get aroundThe people at the hotel were so rude. Starting from the breakfast chef to the front desk staff. We were not allowed to throw rubbish in their bins and then were berated by the staff for leaving rubbish bags outside to collect. One staff member actually walked into our room and started yelling at us in french for leaving the rubbish outside - she didn't seem to show any regard for the fact that my friend had just gotten out of the shower and had no clothes on! The only reason we stayed here was because it was the cheapest place we could find in proximity to St Tropez town. As we had not rented a car it was quite difficult to get around as the bus only travels to town five times a day. Les Salins beach is quite close to the hotel, if you do end up staying here there is a lovely restaurant on the beach. Overall a really uncomfortable stay at this hotel. Could not wait to leave.

REAL DISASTER...the worst of the worst! Something like that I´ve never seen before. Such a hole can´t be called "HOTEL". Very bad location as being situated far away from St.Tropez town center. No bus or train connection. Reception staff very nervous, ready to communicate just in French. "Reception" (if I can call it so) was very primitive, small, full of fed up people, with creditcard machines out of order. No prompt repair of them expected, so everybody was quite strictly asked to pay in cash. Payment before (on check-in)! Sleeping house looked like a barn. Rooms with almost no equipment were full of mosquitos and looked very depressing. Poor breakfast (we dreamed about at least continental one:-)) organized as selfservice, all stuff served on/in plastic. considering all a/m facts EUR 90,-/room/night is a real rip-off. Terrible experience, never again!

Super Poor quality even as a family holiday placeAbsolutely poor place even for family please don't take your kids to this bush. Breakfast is bread everyday, one week old bread poor quality, because it's inclusive of breakfast, they give you the most terrible food. In a country where bakery is their main expertise, this is a shameful place. Lunch or dinner has to be booked a day before which is a poor way to police a paid meal. Terrible lunches and dinner with poor quality, recycled left overs. They give you cooked vegetables such as peppers for dinner which hardly digests. We heard a kid puking late night poor thing, after the poor food they must have eaten for dinner. The place is in the middle of no where , taxis badly service the place, there is hardly any uber so you are completely stuck. Shuttles don't work on Saturday or Sunday and the place is simply a cave- you cant get out. Poor food, poor staff, not a service to be remembered, only thing is room is clean. Please even if you have family, avoid this place, your children deserve better than this disgusting place in the Saint tropez bushes.
