  Disappointing room quality

  Although we pretty much enjoyed this hotel and its ammenities some things ruined our impression of the hotel: - whole hotel area smelled like suer, I am not sure why - our room smelled like mould. First day I have complained to reception staff but they were not helpful (answer was that room was probably not used!? and that they will try to do something tommorow and they didn't). Smell is awful, avoid room 260. - we had bunk beds with no protective rails. When we asked for one, they have installed it on bottom bed?! - general impression is that they avoid what ever they can: no small money for kids playing machines, no rekets and balls for table tennis. For each thing we had to argue that this is something that hotel should provide and only after that they have provided it - lady in mini market was very rude, she sould not work in hospitality industry - paying for sunbeds at the beach - not expensive but why is it not included in room price? Now when you go to the beach you have to remember also to bring money We liked: - pool area - food and drinks - staff at restaurant and pool area - animation staff - general hotel apperance - all day ice cream:)

  According the expectations

  We spend summer vacation in this hotel with our 5 yo daughter. In general hotel is betwean 3 and 4 star. My review as well but l decide to go for 4 for encouraging reasons. Let me start with food which was apsolutely outstanding for all inclusive type of the hotel, fish everyday, shrimps, other seafood... And on the other side traditional meals ware great as well, big veriaty of the salads overall great! Drinks and icecream available whole day on the pool bar and was quite ok. Pools are clean and well maintained. Beach is not so nice... But like 200m away there is very good one that is closer to another hotel. Anyhow sunbads are not expensive to any of those so enjoy it. Rooms are very big and comfortable but l suggest to contact hotel before since we had confusion on the type of the room and location. Our room was facing the pool and it was quite noisy. Every evening there is animation program which our daugther enjoyed very much but not the two of us... One of the 3 star component was that in the all inclusive hotel you have to pay extra charge for the safe deposit box... About the hotel stuff, all are very polite and servile, on the reception desk do not expect more then basic service, l had a problem with my car key and tryed to get some help but no response... On the other side our hair dryer stopped working in the room and it was replaced in extra short time. Overall place is more then expected for all inclusive in Greece. Good job!

  Good location, service, staff and food.

  We stayed here for 10 days in August. Hotel rooms are good and the room service is excellent. Food has a good variety of menus and this caters for almost all ages with very less disappointment. There are three swimming pools and just around 2 minutes walk there is a beach. We have to pay small amount of money to secure the beach (two sun loungers a day) chairs as this is not entirely private beach. 30 minutes walk there is a small town called Metamorfosi which can offer all the things you need for the holiday however, I guess they don't have any camera shop or other gadget shops. Rooms are reasonably clean and every room has a beautiful balcony. We had only one issue our departure was in the morning and we had a flight for the night. As this hotel is away from town and civilization there is no way you can get food or access to rest nearby. So either sort out these things before you go or make sure you speak to receptionist as soon as you arrive. The manager kindly sorted our issues as we have to spend almost an extra day there. We had a lovely time with family having said that the animation team was not very good compared to other hotels animation team was average. Thessaloniki is almost 1 hour away and we could easily do a walking day trip from 10 am to 3pm.

  Very good, will be back!

  Just super good, great food, great rooms and very friendly staff! Quiet and great private beach with stretchers and umbrellas. All inclusive formula is very nice! Kitchen is amazing, rooms very clean

  Excellent

  It was a great holliday. Very kind personnel. Food was various and very tasty. The view on the sea was magnific. The room was clean. The entertainer,, Dimitri,,was the best for children and for adults also. Thank you.
