  Very helpful and friendly staff made our stay wonderful

  The staff went out of their way to help my family and I when we stayed. We had to stay there quite last minute because we could not get into our Airbnb accommodation and the staff made the situation so much better. They let us use their mobile phone to access the Airbnb website (our phone was suddenly and unexpectedly outdated) and gave us a free complimentary breakfast, which was fantastic for the 6 of us. The pool and sauna were just what we needed after our stressful day. Thank you staff at Village Family Motor Inn. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful generosity.

  Just out of Town

  Been years since last staying here, unfortunately in that time Motor Inn has not kept up to date with TLC. Room was comfortable, sufficient size and generally clean but alas in need of tlc. Shower area needs total remodelling to bring of age. Although Motor Inn is on fringe of Launceston, noise from Southern Out from Launceston City is quiet loud in the middle of the night.

  Very dated

  room was very dated , my laptop was bigger then the tv, beds should be in the dump carpets had stains on them very noisy room with road traffic ,shower and toilet needs replacing I will not stay again

  You get what you pay for, cheap

  Good for an over night stay if you're after cheap not overly fussy. Is in desperate need of an update the room we had was very ran down not to mention the walls are "paper thin" could hear what our neighbours was saying and the toilet shower etc from other rooms all night. Positive note staff are very friendly and helpful. End of the day you get what you pay for so it is what it is

  Wowsers

  It was as clean as it could be but wow. $220 for a two bedroom apartment. Heavily stained seats and carpet, shower and basin taps continually running, handrail removed from stairs, torn blinds, bedroom window winder broken, decor and paintwork extremely old and in need for repair, fluro lights in the bedrooms, no lamps. Little insulation from Outside and neighbours noise. The cleaners did the best they could do but wow, well below average for any price let alone $220 Check in and checkout was pleasant and easy but about time the owners spent some money.
