  Absolutely disgraceful

  This is the worst place that we have ever had the misfortune to book. The apartment that we booked is absolutely nothing like the photos on their website. It was dilapidated, dirty and unsafe. The floor tiles are cracked and loose with very sharp edges and my wife scratched her foot on one within five minutes of going inside. The tiny bathroom was mouldy and the sink leaked straight onto the floor as soon as the tap was run. We had to find a hotel at short notice in the middle of the night at considerable extra cost as the place was basically uninhabitable. The owner still insisted on charging my credit card for the full stay, even though I told her not to and we left without even unpacking. Book this place at your peril!

  Don't trust the pictures

  My husband and I had a reservation at this property. It was very close to Our son 's apartment in Tel Aviv. It was difficult to find the entrance since it's down an alleyway. The Villa is actually a series of apartments in several levels of a building (perhaps more than one). From this alley there are steps (30+) to get to our studio apartment. We had requested a second bed which was not there and were told it would be brought in later. This property, I feel, should make it clear that for people with mobility issues it is NOT recommended, or if you have small children, it might be a problem considering all the steps you need to climb. It does not say there is no lift on its web site. It is old, tired, and rundown. We decided not to stay.

  Absolutely horrendous.

  I rented the place as a birthday surprise for my husband. We arrived late in the evening and couldn't believe what we saw. The stench of cigarettes and bathroom filth was outrageous not to mention the broken tiles and disgusting amenities. We had to find somewhere else to stay the night last minute and didn't receive any refund for this cancellation. I warn everyone to stay away from this place. The beautiful photos are a complete fraud.

  with one word ; horrible

  - you can not cancel your booking when you see your room which is completely different than the photos you paid for. - very dirty, too old, uncared, noisome, too expensive for this kind of service - honestly nothing to like about this hotel

  Second time staying here

  I stayed here in November and I liked it so much that I decided to stay again. I liked the close location to the beach, and the wonderful, central location in Tel Aviv and Neve Tzedek, It is close to all of the best bars and restaurants. I stayed downstairs but I was allowed access to the upstairs roof garden, which has beautiful flowers, a garden swing and a beautiful view of the city. I thought that the apartment was clean and light, especially the bathroom - see pics attached. Would definitely recommend for people who are looking for a stylish, central location in TLV.
