  Nice hotel, great location, lovely town

  Vila Verica is a studio/apartment rental on the sea front, located next to its sister hotel Milenij. Guests of the Vila benefit from all the facilities of the hotel, including reception desk, swimming pool, etc. Location is one of the best in BV. The sea is just across the road and down a staircase, or, alternatively, via the underground passage. Verica/Milenij are the last hotels on the slow coastal road in the city centre. Then, the road ends and a pedestrian walk starts, some km long. Being so close to the sea, music from the beach bars can be heard from the rooms if the windows are kept open (no noise with closed windows). Regular studios are small-ish, with side view of the sea from their small balcony. Comfort studios are located at the front of the building (south facing) on the top floor, therefore the sea view is spectacular, well worth the extra price, although there is no lift (about 70 steps). I believe there are only 2 comfort studios; of the regular studios, S1 (NW facing) and S2 (SE facing), both on first floor (about 20 steps higher than road level), while being same size as other regular studios, benefit from much bigger balconies. Rooms cleaned daily (except kitchenette), towels changed on request, bed linen was changed once during our one-week stay. Last but not least, personnel very friendly and helpful, especially Dina. On the beach there are various bars and restaurants, and a big trampoline for the kids.

  Vila Verica-Recommendations without any doubt

  Vila Verica is a studio/apartment rental on the sea front, located next to hotel Milenij. Guests of the Vila have benefit from all the facilities of the hotel. Location is the best part of story - the sea is just across the road and centre of town is about 5 min walks. Personal is very friendly and apartments is clean. Only small problems is wi-fi which sometimes have problems with connection (btw wi-fi is free of charge). Cristal blue sea, good bars and restaurants with good connection to Split and other locations like Omi is really value for money. My recommendations without any doubt.

  Baka voda, vila Verica (aparthotel Milenij), mmmm... :-)

  Well coordinated, harmonious and unobtrusive team runs this hotel and villa very well. Our stay (10 days) was very pleasant and we don't have one complaint. We hope to come here again soon :-) Friendly regards from Croatia!

  Superb location

  Last year we stayed in Makarska and walked along the coast to Baska Voda. We saw these apartments situated on the seafront and checked them out on our return. We were not disappointed. We had a large apartment -number A1 - with kitchen diner lounge with two double bed settees and a separate double bedroom. A door from the lounge opened onto the balcony overlooking the promenade and beach. The main lounge had a/c but the bedroom didn't but there was a door in the bedroom which opened onto a small side balcony. We had breakfast at the sister hotel Milenij which was next door where there was a pool for the use of all guests but it wasn't busy because the beach was so near. The resort was clean and tidy with no litter !! We got a taxi from Split airport - Connecto transfers - and would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. This part of Croatia has spectacular scenery - we will return

  Clean and tidy room on great location

  Villa is on perfect location - just few meters from beautiful long beach with sweet bars and restaurants. Studio apartment is fully equipped. It has small kitchen with microwave, cooking place and fridge. Room is modern, clean with air condition and comfortable bed for two. You can even find iron and hairdryer. Staff is very nice and they clean rooms every day. It also has small balcony with beautiful view on deep blue sea. Every recomendation for weekend escape or longer vacation. :)
