  Great value!

  I have stayed at the Villa Severin for three nights last weekend. I have chosen the "Student's Room" for 1000 rubles/night. It is a small room and clean room. Toilet and shower are not en-suite. They are in the basement, where the sauna is. The room has a veranda and balcony. Villa Severin is located in Maraunenhof and in this quarter yoou find still some old german villas and also drain covers with "Koenigsberg" written on it. The location is very quit, but it is not far too the center. About 10-15 minutes by walking. But you can also use Tram 1, the stop is only 2 minutes away and the Tram is running frequently. Villa Severin also has organized the transfers airport-Villa severin-Airport at 500 rubles per way. The staff is very kind and helpful. I have booked via eMail and responses where very quick and helpful as well. Great value!

  very pleasant stay!

  On our bicycle trip from Berlin to Klaipeda (lith.) we stayed one night in Villa Severin. This small hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the city centre. We enjoyed a very tasteful dinner at this hotel and an ample breakfast next morning. Very friendly, english speaking staff. Not too large but very clean and comfortable room. Free WiFi. Would have liked to stay longer......

  Nice location

  As a family of four we had adjoining rooms with private bathroom which were well equipped and very clean, satellite tv and free wifi all worked. Breakfasts are freshly prepared - pancakes, omelettes, porridge etc. Nice terrace and garden to enjoy drinks or coffee. The city is not what you would call aesthetically pleasing, although has some points of interest, eg cathedral on Kant Island and the maritime museum.The villa is near the upper pond which is a nice and safe area to walk around, although a bit of a hike into town. The villa advertises evening meals; however, on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, there were private parties going on, and we were told we couldn't eat there; annoying as the area is not exactly overrun with restaurants.

  Very nice place to stay and relax

  It is the second time that I visit Kaliningrad and the second time we stay in villa Severin. Again, we were pleased to see that this place is clean and very nice. Breakfast was always good, the staff was nice and kind, clean rooms, free and safe parking, everything was perfect. The villa is located in a nice and quiet area. Nearby there is a beautiful park with a lake. To get downtown we used taxi and the costs varied between 2 to 5 euros the ride. For sure we will book this place again next time we visit Kaliningrad.

  Nice place to stay

  The Villa severin is a great place to stay when in Kgrad The have quite an administration and aren't cheap but you get a nice place in return . We enjoyed our stay and the location (in the Kurort area) is great
