  Great place, great room, great breakfast

  Hotel de estilo colonial precioso, todos los detalles muy cuidados. El desayuno al aire libre con todo lujo mirando el jardín. A mejorar: señalización del hotel, al taxista le costó encontrarlo un poco, está en medio de un bosque

  beautiful villa surrounded by greens, excellent thai restaurant

  we had stay cation at Villa Samadhi in Dec 2020, Villa samadhi is a quaint british era structure found in labrador park. Surrounded by lush green trees, it is a rarity in a concrete jungle like Singapore. The rooms are clean, beautiful and have maintained a wonderful all wood feel. The staff were attentive, cheerful and very helpful. The service alone would be enough for me to recommend booking a room here. The breakfast served at the nearby Tamarind Hill restaurant was fantastic (I would recommend the traditional dishes) and the short walk to the restaurant through the trees was novel. Highly recommend staying here for a different feel in Singapore.

  TRANQUILITY AT ITS BEST!

  Everything was seamless, from the reservation process to check out. Our check-in was very quick and was served with the welcome drink by Ila. She did our registration and have done a great job explaining the hotel facilities and showing us to the room. It was our wedding and we booked 2 nights in the Sarang room. The room was amazing with comfortable and huge bed. The Jacuzzi setup was really great and genius. The GM, Mr Ewan came by to check on our stay and if everything have been attended to. We loved the complimentary breakfast, it was very delicious and they have a lot of variety. A great start to the day! Our checkout was assisted by Priya, it was a fast process and she even rendered luggage assistance. We are already thinking of coming back! The place is beautiful but what makes it special is the staffs there. All of them are friendly and We enjoyed communicating with them! Looking forward to be back!   Quaint but badly needs maintenance and staffing

  Came here as part of a wellness retreat. We stayed in the Sarang room and it came with an outdoor whirlpool. The room was nice but honestly needs maintenance and some housekeeping - attached pic, you can see the cups are all gross with mould inside. We requested for bottled water as it was too gross and were given two tiny bottles for a day. There is also no reception/front desk after 11pm, we tried to call many times from then through the night as we needed more water to no avail. The locks are quite jammed and hard to put in place but that is not a big deal I guess. The whirlpool is quite dirty with lots of debris inside, but it may be as it is partially outdoors and the indoor ones may be better. We were also graced by a frog jumping in and then into the toilet and shower and we just avoided it for the most part... there was also a chicken running up and down beside and above the whirlpool roof. It comes with being a part of the great outdoors I guess. We actually had no idea the whirlpool would be outdoors as all the pics on site are indoors. There is only one light outdoor so whirpool is a bit dark during the majority of hours it functions (6-11pm). But I guess it is good as you cannot really see inside haha. It is a really beautiful place, but getting a bit run down and some work is needed. Staff were really friendly though!

  Lovely escapade from the city

  Had an amazing retreat here. Lush greens around the property. It's as remote as it can get in Singapore am glad I found this place. Loved that the building has been carefully preserved and effort made to retain it's authentic architecture and interior. Had the Sarang room and loved the outdoor seating and jacuzzi. Staff were the best, friendly and accommodating. Ewan came about almost everytime I was at Tamarind for short chats and I found this a great intimate touch to my stay. That's team samadhian! Will be back soon
