  Very good holiday!

  Good things: Very nice and friendly staff: including the employees at the reception, in the bar and in the spa center; Spa is also very nice, with big and warm swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi. Rooms are just normal with an average bathroom. Shuttle bus takes you to the gondola at every 15 minutes, starting from 08.45 till 10.20h and takes you from the gondola back, starting at 15.00h till 17.00h However, if you want to come back earlier from the gondola, all you have to do is to call the driver and he will come and take you back to the hotel. Not that good things: When sitting in the Jacuzzi, I felt some sand under my fingers, which means that Jacuzzi is not very well serviced and cleaned. Cooks in the kitchen are not very inventive, and we had pretty much the same things for dinner every night, so food is one issue that should be definitely improved.

  Never again

  what to say,where to start. Three days into our stay the staff decides to cancel the open bufet policy and goes to a la carte or better what we decide to bring you carte. No choice,no quality nor quantity,in short no food at all. Wait the best is yet to come, these idiots have the nerves to not serve our two underaged toddlers food with the excuse that since they cancel the buffet,they will not serve the kids, and we wre lucky to have used the food for the first 3 days. No prior notice. Not to mention that we already payed for this trip one month in advance and the hotel confirmed that our toddlers will be served no extra charges. I believe not even the worst person would cancel the food for the kids. I can honestly say this ruined my whole bulgarian experience and i sincerely with all my heart hate this hotel and would never ever come back here.

  Definitly not 4 stars hotel!

  Don't book there ! This is not a 4 stars hotel .Bad services , Food not verry good. Some rooms do not have bathtub. The shower is just fitted into the wall. You can take a crap an shower same time. When I arrived I called for bathrobes but there was no need because I allready had 2 used in a drawer, from the previous people lived in my room.("verry nice") The furniture is in bad conditions and the walls are verry thin. You can hear your neighboor farting.

  Not even a 3 star hotel

  The photos from their site don't match the rooms, the bathroom was horrible, the walls are very thin, parking and wifi in the room are charged extra (unacceptable for a '4' star hotel), bad coffee and food for breakfast etc I won't insist as I see everyone has pretty much the same complaints but I must repeat the advice 'don't go to villa roka!!' You can find better 3 stars hotels in Bansko if you look a bit, not to mention real 4 star hotels. This is not one of them and for sure it's not worth the money.

  Terrible stay

  This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are big but the beds are uncofortable. They dont clean the rooms good. We have a problems with wi-fi connection in the room and with TV. The staff is unfriendly and not proffesional. Swimming pool was cold
