  Nice view, but still room for improvement

  We booked this hotel through booking.com. However, we did not feel any warm welcome during the check in. The room was nice, but with a very tiny tv, the bath did not have one light working, the shower soap and shower were broken and the aircon remote control had not working batery. The shower sink was cloacked. Although we only had one night, we did not have the welcome feeling.

  not so bad

  The Hotel has a beautiful view, it's in front of the sea but unluckly you cannot see it from the bedrooms. they gave us a room at the third floor (there's no elevator and the stairs are very very small :/ ).. the bed wasn't made up and the bathroom wasn't clean at all. Breakfast wasn't enthusiasming.. No buffet, they ask you for the drinks and they bring you bread, jam, butter, cheese and ham to eat.. we thought it was a poor breakfast. The owner doesn't speak italian at all and even english, just german. It wasn't bad at all but we stayed there just 2 days.. we thought it was better!

  Nice small Hotell in a very nice location

  Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Literally only one minute from the beach. No food whatsoever, but only a few minutes walk into town with lots of options. Rooms at the back of the hotel, but that is quite ok. Better to go out to the beach than to watch it from the window. Air conditioner works well, but is sometimes a bit noisy. The owners also run a smoking bar across the street kind of on top of the beach. Too bad this isn't a restaurant. The location is fabulous, but the smell from the smokers. prevents us from using it.
